I was very picky about where I wanted to train and spend my money, so I did some research. The Arena has the best schedule. If I can't make my regular class for whatever reason, I don't stress out because I know that I will be able to make it to another class later in the day.... more

I never even made it to therapy. The billing department is a JOKE! It took a WEEK to verify my benefits. I did it in 30 minutes by calling United Healthcare.
