I really enjoy practicing at Trinity Yoga & Fitness. They have a wide variety of classes for people of all levels. The classes offered are based on traditional yogic practices and not like some of the insane crazy fitness classes that call themselves yoga.... more
I tried the hot yoga here. The class is intense, very hot, and SOOO GOOD! The class was very crowded. You may have feet in your face, and possibly someone else's sweat near you, but the glow that you get will be worth it.... more
