Sunrise Sunset is such an asset to the community. They offer a variety of different classes ranging from yoga to belly dance to hip hop. It keeps in shape and smiling :) The owner is kind with a heart of gold, the instructors are experienced, and really bring me to another level. Thank you for being here and all that you do!
Tri Power is the Best! I STRONGLY recommend this place to others and tell many of my friends that visit from out of town to check them out as well. They have some amazing instructors, plus I love the fact that it's a 2 minute walk from my home office. There is street parking all around the studio, but read the signs especially on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays as there is street sweeping on certain sides of the street, and you don't want to get a ticket...

I love this studio! It's very small but the teachers are awesome and the sense of community is what OB is all about arrive early and enjoy. :-)
Definitely need to try this out if you haven't. A great life experience. It stimulates your body, muscles and mind and gives you a warm fuzzy feeling in your soul. Cannot begin to describe how good Tri Power Yoga is and the teachers are amazing. Namaste
