Had a great time taking the intermediate Muay Thai class with Carl. Awesome workout and coaching. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend. I started with SWAMA in Jan; training Tues and Thurs evenings. Typical trainer is Diego, and I have nothing but the best to say about him. If you want a hard workout, and to be pushed to your max then this is the place for you.... more
I was very picky about where I wanted to train and spend my money, so I did some research. The Arena has the best schedule. If I can't make my regular class for whatever reason, I don't stress out because I know that I will be able to make it to another class later in the day.... more

Awesome class of jiu jit su. I've been training jiu jitsu and kick boxing for almost 2 years and im not sick of it. i've trained power lifting and crossfit but this is something completely different that pushes me further along in my development dennis and baruch are great trainers who put out quality training that consistently produces athletes who excel in comparison to their peers this gym is also very military and law enforcement friendly... more
They never answer the phone. I have called two days in a roll to enroll my son and no one is available.. This is a top tier boxing gym. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been coming to the gym here and there.... more
