Great! Fun! Motivating!
All the instructors are very animated when instructing their respective classes! They keep you going, keep you pumped and make it fun! If they notice you are having trouble grasping the techniques or moves, they willingly pull you to the side and help you out 1 on 1.
I personally take the 4pm kickboxing class and the 5pm Half hour power class.
Kickboxing is fun and a great workout. Its demanding enough to keep your heart pumping throughout the class but not too much to were you die out half way through. It's really well laid out.
The Half Hour power class is an intense 30 minutes of cardio that utilizes weights, ropes, medicine balls, kettle bells, tires etc,.. This class will have drenched in sweat within 10 minutes!
Overall great place! I would recommend it to anyone!
