Love this studio!. Great people and energy every time I've gone. The supplies are well kept and its very clean within.
The Yoga Loft SD is a true gem in the heart of Little Italy. The studio has a positive energy, with bright, natural light. They provide props and mats for students, making attending class easier and less burdensome. The space is clean and there is a warm, positive energy inside. The classes are about an hour and a half, allowing you to really be immersed in your practice- with added time for meditation, pranayama, and savasana. The best thing about this studio is the one-on-one feeling and assistance in each class, due to the small class sizes. It feels like you are getting a private lesson for the price of a regular studio class! There are plenty of metered parking spots in front of the studio, making it accessible by car, foot, or public transportation. A++. I highly recommend if you are visiting San Diego for vacation or looking for a studio community to join!
