I absolutely love this studio. While I have been attending for years just for the yoga, the recent addition of HIIT classes has given me a new inspiration. One of the most welcoming and knowledgeable yoga studios I've been to. The space itself is gorgeous- incredible view of the Hotel Del, new flooring and an entire mirrored wall. The 90 min original was my favorite class they offered but the Friday night disco pilates should not be missed!.... more
