One of the most welcoming and knowledgeable yoga studios I've been to. The space itself is gorgeous- incredible view of the Hotel Del, new flooring and an entire mirrored wall. The 90 min original was my favorite class they offered but the Friday night disco pilates should not be missed!

I've been to many different studios across the country, and Island Yoga is one of my favorites. Facilities wise, it's always clean, reasonably priced, has a great location overlooking the Del.
Stephanie and her instructors are what make this studio stand out. They are all very knowledgable and excel at what they do. They helped drastically improve my practice during the time I was on the island.
I look forward to coming back.
Absolutely the best studio around. It's small and intimate and cozy and wonderful! I have been practicing there for several months now and I have found the owner, Stephanie, and the yoga and pilates instructors to be especially welcoming and encouraging. Such a great studio!
Hot & Soul is a wonderful yoga studio tucked away in Paradise! It's a convenient walk just off the main street filled with a warm welcome and many class options! A beautiful addition to Coronado Island!

This is a fun yoga stdio with fabulous instructors!
I was a little nervous about getting back into yoga, but my experience at Hot & Soul was perfect! Everyone was welcoming and there is such a kind, energetic community at this studio. The instructors make a point to learn your name and needs before class and really tailor the class to you. Each instructor has offered alternative positions, to make it easier and more challenging which really caters to everyone in the class. The studio is very clean and inviting. The owner, Lauren, is an incredible instructor. I even got my parents to try out the studio and now they regularly attend with me!

Ahhh, I just took class here and loved it! I haven't been to the studio since it was at the previous location, so it's been a while. I really enjoyed the space and ambiance at this location; they have a soft floor (I'm pretty sure it's made of that anti-microbial material, so no smell!) the space feels clean and the room had those red, warming incubator-like lights which felt really nice to be under. My favorite part though, was the teacher, Mira. She was very present with us all, and had such a sweet, genuine demeanor. I loved her gentleness. Often, in Bikram or vinyasa style classes there's an ambitiousness and drive (which is fine too) but I really liked Mira's calm energy as it complimented this challenging, yet meditative style of practice. Thank you Mira! I will be back soon :)
Coronado Hot Yoga is the place to be!!!
I fell in love with this studio from day one and returned every day only to complete 90 classes in 90 days!!! The challenge was made possible by the wonderful atmosphere of the clean studio, friendly students, and inspiring instructors!!! I'm soo thankful that after going from 0 to 3 big surgeries last year and being completely over weight that I was able to loose 60 lbs, gain tremendous flexibility and strength in my mind, body, and soul. Coronado Hot Yoga has been an amazing catalyst to my journey to a better new me!!! It's a home away from home!!!

To begin, I never right reviews..good or bad. I felt I had to this time just bc my experience has been amazing! I am new to town so that means I left my old yoga studio back in Miami:(. It is never easy finding a new studio that you love or hairdresser lol. A bunch of trial and error. Frankly, this is bar far the best yoga studio I have yet to find. Mind you, I have tried quite a few!! The classes aren't too crowded (depending what time you go). I like that though. Otherwise you are smelling your neighbor/s. I loved my instructor!!!! She was super attentive when it came to having the correct form. I'm a stickler for form...not only to prevent injury but to get the full affect of the position/exercise. She knows how to modify the positions for those who are more advanced and for those who are beginners. That is super important to me bc I am pretty advanced. In short, I have been going here for 4+ Months and I HIGHLY recommend it.
I love trying new studios when I travel so I can continue my practice while on vacay and get exposure to new instructors/flows/locations to expand my yogi horizons!
Coming from the east cost, Coronado Hot Yoga was the perfect place to get sweaty while feeling the authentic island energy. They're located so close to the beach - I even took a relaxing walk a few blocks after class to extend the peace in my mind/body a little longer:)
The owner and other instructors are extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable about anatomy, yoga practices in general, and the surrounding area, so you don't have to be advanced (or local) to feel comfortable here!

When I started going to classes with the owner, Lauren Mills, as the instructor, I was new to the bikram practice. Often, I found yoga instructors' corrections to feel disheartening. Lauren has a wonderful way of praising and also correcting in a way that makes you feel empowered and more educated. I have met the other instructors as well, and they all make Coronado hot yoga a warm and welcoming place to be. I have learned so much through my time here! I would definitely recommend the studio to all!
5 + STARS...This studio has done a wonderful job at offering more diverse classes. The teachers are friendly and encouraging. The new owner, Lauren Mills, has implemented great changes that serve a wider audience. I'm a regular MUCH MORE than I used to be
