Exceptional staff and very clean facility that has a very comfortable energy!
Love this place. The teachers are great, motivating, and well experienced. I come here for Bikram yoga, yin-yoga, and pilates. I highly recommended the studio.

This place is amazing. Especially after the gorgeous remodel. If you want a nice calm relaxing places to get your butt whooped this is the one. Plus its only $20 for the first week so what do you have to lose for checking it out ? Love you guys!! Namaste.
I love this place! I moved to San Diego at the beginning of the year. One of biggest concerns was finding a Bikram studio that would be as good as the one I had been attending for the past year and a half - a tall order to fill. I started at BYKM simply because it was the closest studio to where I was staying. A month later I moved in to my home and I tried another Bikra studio that was closer. But I missed the Kearny Mesa studio teachers and studio. It felt like home after just a few weeks and the classes have become a part of my routine.
I cannot say enough about the staff. Toni and Ray own the studio. They have a created a welcoming, inclusive place to practice. They truly care about their students. I make a point of attending their classes when possible. The teachers on staff are just as fantastic - Jojo, Koko, Kim, Stefan are just incredible. The teachers' schedule varies from week to week which is a plus. Each teacher has a different style and it keeps things fresh. The students are encouraging and positive. There is no attitude here, no judgement. It's just a great place to be.
Bikram Yoga is tough, but the benefits are priceless. I highly recommend Bikram Yoga Kearny Mesa to anyone that practices Bikram Yoga or anyone thinking of trying it.

I have been practicing Bikram for over a year now and visited a few of the studios here in San Diego. Was a bit hesitant before coming to this one and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Nice studio, nice instructors, nice showers, nice free water, nice class schedule with a 2:30 class, nice online services, nice fellow yogis, nice heat, nice clean carpet, nice mirrors.
