I cannot say enough good things about this place. Never have I experienced such a welcoming environment as the day I walked into Elka. All of the instructors are so patient, insightful, and motivating that it's hard to leave without feeling uplifted and optimistic about the rest of your day. Anna, Elka, and the rest of the staff truly make this a special place of retreat and peace. I highly recommend to anyone who is ready to dig a little deeper and explore their inner selves.

I'm hooked! I'd never taken a yoga class ever and Elka made my first one great! I can't wait for my next class!
