I am really impressed with this place. I've met half a dozen of the instructors and they are all very knowledgeable, kind and informative. It's been half a decade since I did yoga regularly, and I'm not embarrassed by not being as good as I used to be. I want to come here more than I do.
I'm new to yoga and Bonita Pilates & Yoga has a lot of great gentle yoga classes that I love. The teachers are really kind and encouraging. My favorite part of the day is coming to one of their classes!
