Sunrise Sunset is such an asset to the community. They offer a variety of different classes ranging from yoga to belly dance to hip hop. It keeps in shape and smiling :) The owner is kind with a heart of gold, the instructors are experienced, and really bring me to another level.... more
I love this place, taught a few classes there and it is off the beaten path, clean, kinda small, and an interesting use of the space with a dedicated, upscale clientele. Lots of high end machines and the staff is polite and no pressure, professional, this is the healthy people, not the big membership hype you get that usually goes along with this high end gear.... more

Dropped in for a week, and Rob and Nez were very welcoming. Their gym satisfies both power and weightlifting. The facility is clean and the equipment is good. Highly recommended for a drop in or membership, Validus is definitely one of the top gyms in SD.... more

The studio offers both pilates and yoga classes! being a beginer with pilates, i was not sure what to expect but Chakra Pilates offers intro classes and lots of help to better your practice!
