Found this place through classpass and I am obsessed!! I love how each class follows the same general sequence while the actual exercises are different from class to class. It is the perfect amount of knowing what to expect without getting bored!! My only "complaint" is that I wish they had more class times and more locations.... more

I love this place, taught a few classes there and it is off the beaten path, clean, kinda small, and an interesting use of the space with a dedicated, upscale clientele.
