Took my 8 yr old on her birthday to a drop in session. The instructor TJ was amazing. He was very patient and cheered her on. She managed to get all the way to the top.. While visiting SD, I got the opportunity to come here and it made me fall in love with climbing.... more

I always have such a good time sweating it out at Stephanie's FlowLift class on Sundays. It's fun, challenging, and a different experience from your standard yoga class. It's not relaxing, there's loud music playing, and it's definitely a work out! Within 10 minutes everyone is dripping sweat! You are constantly moving during the class without any breaks so be prepared to get a great burn on and challenge your endurance!.... more

I signed up for a 6 month period, when I was on my last month I busted my shoulder and from previous talks you could only pause your membership for a month, so I decided to bite the bullet and just let my membership expire since it was the last month.... more
