Overall would recommend Pros : Staff are very friendly and accommodating, Rob helped me set-up a new member on my account, Melissa was kind of enough to help with the transfer of a membership from Georgia to California and I had a personal training session with Mike who was awesome and showed me a lot of great stuff.... more
Customer service is attrousis. I've lived in the area for 1 year and decided to visit the gym today for the first time. The employee signing me in asked me multiple times if I lived in the area, questioned if I was truthful with it being my first time.... more

This place has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have told the studio to freeze my membership for two months now and they refused to respond to me in a timely manner or get back to me and instead they just go ahead and charge my card when it's not supposed to be charged I don't know how many times I have to contact this place call them send them e-mails when you do email them five different people get back to you if they respond back to you but statements that don't apply to me or that I've already answered.... more

Not happy they plan to reduce the hours and the pool has been out of service for unbelievably long. Closed without notice. If I could give 0 stars I would.. Alot of people likes to use the one and only squat bar but don't do squat.... more
Nice clean gym, has all the essentials such as free weights cable machines, cattle bells, dumbbells, showers and lockers etc... There are a few screamers in here and they should offer a class in gym Etiquette but you cant blame the gym for those that are inconsiderate.... more
I am also trying to stop my membership at this gym. The pool was closed over Thanksgiving break and the pool and workout facility was closed over the Winter holiday. All the while, I was paying for them to be closed while I have extra time to workout and the desire to be healthier.... more
Hammer Strength. The locations great, free parking. Showers are always working and a lot of the equipment is rusted up cause of the salty air, so It feels like you're in an old Rocky movie.... more

I love working out there and staff seems very kind. Poorly run. Laden with absurd rules. Staff loves saying "unfortunately thats our policy" because they have endless policies that are impossible to justify.... more
