My daughter lived her work out and there are plenty if kid friendly machines. I love this gym! Have been a member over 10 years. The Mission Valley YMCA offers great classes with instructors that are helpful if you are new or a regular too.... more
As a new member I am still on the fence with this studio. I have had some great classes, some ok classes and some over crowded classes. Tonight one class was canceled and the next just never happened.... more
Very cleans pool and nice staff, unlike the mission valley ymca. Great facility for all around well-being and a fun time for a reasonable cost. The San Diego YMCA group is a fantastic option for those of you like getting more from your "gym" than just machines and weights.... more

We booked our daughter's birthday party here, and it was a total success. It was great for the parents, there was an area for us to eat and chat while the kids played. The staff supervision was excellent and I felt good knowing that the kids were being closely monitored.... more
Sadly after 6 months or so of having my three kids in this Kung fu program, I cannot say I would recommend this place to anyone, and to make matters worse if you pay a year in advance like we did they do not return your money for the unused portion of what you pay for.... more
This cozy venue, which feels like a club in Europe amps up the energy level and makes me work to my limit! The awesome teachers and lively music make the 45 minutes fly by...and of course, those eucalyptus towels are the best!.... more
Love attending. I think it's a great little yoga spot! And i will be back. I would love it if it didn't have carpeting, specially because when you're doing hot yoga you drip sweat everywhere and i know having carpeting it's not gonna get mopped and so there's a slight weird smell.... more
