I came to San Diego to visit my niece and this vegan rooftop restaurant cafe and yoga studio was like a home away from home vibe offering healthy community and good food and drink.... more

I always have such a good time sweating it out at Stephanie's FlowLift class on Sundays. It's fun, challenging, and a different experience from your standard yoga class. It's not relaxing, there's loud music playing, and it's definitely a work out! Within 10 minutes everyone is dripping sweat! You are constantly moving during the class without any breaks so be prepared to get a great burn on and challenge your endurance!.... more

I signed up for a 6 month period, when I was on my last month I busted my shoulder and from previous talks you could only pause your membership for a month, so I decided to bite the bullet and just let my membership expire since it was the last month.... more

Was weakling. Now I strong as oak tree.. The Gym is very clean and they are always sweeping and keeping the sanitizers full,. The Trainers are great but you have to send time matching and may have to go through a couple until you meet your match.... more

Great gym! The staff is very friendly.. I did the month pass for $60, it was okay. There's only 1 squat rack so if you're going to predominately lift definitely go elsewhere. It's never super packed but not a good place for leg day.... more
Awesome class of jiu jit su. I've been training jiu jitsu and kick boxing for almost 2 years and im not sick of it. i've trained power lifting and crossfit but this is something completely different that pushes me further along in my development dennis and baruch are great trainers who put out quality training that consistently produces athletes who excel in comparison to their peers this gym is also very military and law enforcement friendly... more
