Lots of people that are a bit creepy and the equipment is very limiting. The price is great and the staff is awesome. The cleanliness of the facility is questionable.

Clean gym with plenty of machines. But the homeless population outside is pretty rough. Be careful walking as lots of needles on the floor on the side. Parking is decent but if you park further from gym due to no spaces you need to be aware of your surroundings.

The place is good, people are good at customer service, but the minute you get in the locker room the locks are cumbersome with their choose your own combination, showering is at all times with cold water, and people try to guess your locker combination to rip you off. Not to mention the stuff outside in the parking lot. We need to help mentally I'll people who drug use outside in the parking lot. From homeless people and men with big gold chains around their neck. It just has to be done already. It's 2020 and we can't do anything...Jesus Christ.

All the PFs look the same to me this is just as good as the rest of them. PF is truly worth every dollar. I travel for work now I never have an excuse to not shower and I love it. And I don't really work out but once I'm actually here I might as well do it and shower after. Best choice I've made in gym memberships ever.

Below was my original review. I give them 2 stars due to their upcoming change un the night staff. Bad move it shows management doesn't care.
The over night us staff is awesome they keep an tight ship and everything is supper clean. It they lost the night staff that place would go down and be just as nasty as the Chula Vista location.

Great time to go is after 9pm the gym is all for your self! The staff is very curious they help on anything. Any equipment you need they have. Big screen tv's! Showers, massage chair!

Best PF around!! Clean, machines are spread out, not too busy, good location (not noisy), super relaxed atmosphere but still motivating. The staff were also super helpful the first time I went in (asked how to get a new key card) and when I took my husband as a guest.

Wasn't happy with the lady Marissa and Kathy attitude yesterday. I would've had wrote a review yesterday but been so busy with my kids. Definitely not coming back, definitely not bad customer service like this in Texas.

I believe my husband comment on the behavior by the employee that works at planet fitness. Young lady Marissa was very rude and loud and can barely hear the music, I really feel sorry for the young man Guillermo that had to take that and have every right to defend himself for being mistaken for someone else slamming the weights.

WOW. Where to begin, they offer "pizza and Bagel" parties to help you make bad choices. Imagine saying no to all the temptations of the day just to have your gym wave carbs and cheese it your face. The gym consist of one low ceiling room that leaves you feeling cramped and honestly uncomfortable. YOU ARE NOT given any tour of the gym area, so hopefully this is not your first gym experience, because you are on your own. You literally CANNOT even look around without signing something and handing over your email. YOU MUST GO IN TO A PlAN BLIND. What they waited till the end (after I signed up) to tell you is that in less than 2 months a annual fee of 4 times what I was expecting to pay will be automatically withdrawn! Lastly, I overheard a female employee bad mouthing me for telling my gym partner that this was not the best gym for us. Judgement free zone huh? I think not. I signed up last year in March online and the first time I visited the location, I check again with the staff about my contract. What they told me was that the contract would end in 12 months and canceled by the 12 month mark. Which is a lie. I was charged on the 13th month and called them asking why. What they told me now was it's not canceled and I "might" had a misunderstanding between the staff conversation. Now I can't get a refund and have to go in, in person, to cancel my plan.
So when you are signing up, please double check with the staff and check your contract carefully!!

Very clean sanitary place to work out. Staff are always friendly when you walk in. The place never gets over crowded. And it's a great place that workout for beginners or just starting back after a long layoff. I'm growing out of the limited size of weights. Especially the dumbells only go up to 75lbs. But it was a great place to get back started again

Staff here seriously just stands around, doesn't help in any way. They clearly have no interest in customer service. I can't believe I am paying over $300 a year and they can't even manage to press a button to turn on the tanning machine... I constantly have to stand there waiting forever then finally get dressed go to the front and ask them to start it and get an attitude from the girls at the front desk, this happens almost every day. the beds are super dirty...seeing that is so disgusting especially with 4 staff members at a time just standing around texting their whole shift, this is how people get staff infections. I am so frustrated with the dirtiness and the lack of professionalism here. When I belonged to Planet Fitness in Boston it was a wonderful experience which is why I joined here but now I am regretting it.

Beware of Severe Fraudulent Business Activity at the Location
Starting with the positive, Planet Fitness - Euclid is an adequate gym that is clean, cost effective and conveniently located off Euclid Ave. The equipment seems relatively new with minimal wear and tear. There are a sufficient number of machines to support the demand. I rarely encountered any issues with having to wait a significant amount time for equipment I needed; other than the massage chairs which are often occupied and require a wait to use.
The reason for the one star review is their fraudulent business practices and abhorrent customer service. I continued to be billed monthly for a membership I cancelled in person, at the location, previously. When I contacted Planet Fitness' corporate office I was directed to an automated message stating all cancellations of membership need to be made at the location due to independent ownership of each property. I then contacted Plant Fitness - Euclid and spoke with a manager who informed me there was no record of my cancellation and no remaining staff employed at the time I cancelled my membership in November 2016. In other words, there was nothing that could be done to refund the fraudulent charges that were made over the year plus my credit card was charged and they would continue to charge my card unless I came in again and cancelled my membership in person. After explaining I do not live in San Diego and only obtained a membership during a short vacation to visit my family over the holidays, she instructed me to send a certified letter requesting cancellation of my account and only upon receipt of said letter would Planet Fitness - Euclid stop charging my credit card. That's a terrible business practice for any business. I am skeptical they would proceed ethically and cancel the membership even with a certified letter after how they mismanaged my initial cancellation request in person, in Nov. 2016.
Ultimately my credit card company got involved and issued a stop payment for this business to cease further charges from being fraudulently processed. I'm grateful there are still some protections in place for consumers being taking advantage of by businesses like Planet Fitness - Euclid. Otherwise, there would be zero accountability for their malfeasance.
If you join this gym and seek to cancel your membership, I highly recommend retaining a hard copy of written documentation of your request to cancel your membership for your personal records and keeping that record on file for years after your cancellation in the event you notice unauthorized charges from this business on your credit card account.

Clean and well-kept, but it's still a Planet Fitness. Distinct lack of heavy free weights and barbells. Good for newbies and less "serious" gym-goers.

The best gym. I love to work out on this gym. All the equipment is brand new. The staff is very friendly. The price for a membership extremely reasonable. The gym is very modern. Love that they have a Hydro Bed. Tanning area. They also have a body enhancement equipment. Love everything about this gym.

If i could it be zero stars poor customer service they yreat you horrible as a paying customer they go in ypur lockers and take yoour stuff they will harass you for using the not so unlimited massage bed. They cancled my membership over a dis agreement 2 days after i paid them 20. They tryed to sayi broke a locker door whitch was a lie. But everything happens for a reason. People dont be cheap you get what you pay for. I am a proud member of 24 hr fitness and they treat ypu so much better plus a pool jacuzzi sauna massage free weights. Pf is a joke and filled with unprofessional assholes!

Planet Fitness the chain is great! This particular location is NOT! "Club policy" ( to them at least) does not allow "Lounging in the lounge. You must keep moving at all times

It's clean! It's 24 hours! It's large and plenty of machines and it's a relaxed location where members are encouraged to interact with others. The attendants are nice and will answer any questions you may have on how to use the machines.

I live about 3 minutes away from this gym so it's a convenient drive. The crew who work there are cool and help you with anything that you need.
