Best Gym in the Del Cerro area! The staff is awesome, trainers are amazing, equipment is never broken and I love all the free classes!!

Left a big box gym to this boutique gym with absolutely no regrets. While it is geared towards having a personal trainer, you may work out on your own and/or participate in their group classes. Nikita is my trainer and without a doubt she has cutting edge education and training of how to reach my goals with my body moving better than ever. Going to the gym has been a part of my life for 25+ years and this is the best I have ever felt on a daily basis!

Excellent gym! Great selection of equipment and really friendly staff. Never overly crowded, a great place to watch a football game while you work out.

Love this gym! I am in town for a 3 month rotation and found this gem! Everything I ever wanted and need in a gym is here and everyone is amazing! The trainers are so friendly and Josh is so good at greeting me by name when I walk in!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
