It might seem odd to write a review of someone that you have yet to even meet, but when you find EXCEPTIONAL customer care and service in any area of medicine these days, its worth taking a moment to let others know. I recently sustained a pretty nasty ankle fracture requiring an ORIF. My trainers at Jackson Strength took my x-rays to Catalyst and a week after the injury I got a call from a lovely woman named Andrea. We discussed my injury and what the next steps were. The following week she called again to check on me. She arranged for the people in her office to obtain my insurance information in advance and to check on the need for any prior authorization. She kept track of when my orthopedic visit was and today, when I got clearance to move forward, she spent an inordinate amount of time communicating with me to work out a schedule. As a doctor of nursing practice, I feel well qualified to judge exceptional care. It's quite sad, but in this day and age, its not always easy to find. When a doctor of physical therapy goes to the lengths Andrea does to show the care and concern BEFORE meeting me or initiating treatment, I am quite confident that everything that will come after, will be nothing less then exceptional. Reading the other reviews, it seems to me that Catalyst has a culture that promotes excellence and I am feeling quite confident that this is the place I need to be for my rehab.
3/27/18 This is an update to my review that I wrote 2 weeks ago. I have since had the pleasure of working with Andrea and I cannot say ENOUGH wonderful things about her. She is an amazing listener. She understands my goals and has worked closely with my trainers to develop a program that is moving me along in my rehab much faster then even I expected. She is intuitive and creative and after each visit I feel empowered to carry out my program between our visits. As I predicted, Catalyst and Andrea, is truly what I need to get back to walking and hopefully running, in the very near future. Thank you Andrea!
