I LOVE WORKING OUT with Chris Keith!!!!!!
I never would have said that before I started going to train with Chris.
I'm 43 years old and have struggled with my weight my entire life. Even though I've kept off most of the 34 pounds that I lost in my 20's, I've put on several pounds in my 40's that just don't come off as easily as they used to. I was frustrated. I was running, counting every calorie and doing exercises at home via apps on my phone 5 days a week, and seeing zero results. My friend told me about Chris Keith after having great results with him, so I figured I'd give him a call.
I can honestly say that I see a huge difference in the way I look and feel. The waist in my pants are looser, my arms are toned and my thighs are thinner. My abs and gluten are tighter than they've been in ages and I feel strong, and feeling strong is empowering.
He is always very attentive and is always watching my form and adjusting to my needs. I never feel bad when I feel exhausted because he moves me right onto the next stretch or adjust to a different muscle group.
Chris Keith is an encouraging and supportive guy, and I find that going there at the end of a long day at work is a great way to unwind. We laugh a lot and have a good time every workout.
