I was a member there from 2011 - 2020 and they literally have everything you would need to get in shape. They have something for everyone the only gripe I would have is their day care is a germ haven obviously kids.... more

Victorville location is great it's just the three locations 2 in Palmdale and one in Lancaster that need to do something about their hot water turn it up a little bit Lancaster's not too bad but it's not hot enough both Palmdale location you'll be lucky to get hot water Management's not doing their job need to get replaced 5 months of this showers cold water.... more
Variety of exercise options. Close to my house where nothing is. Love they have a pool & water aerobics.. I recently took a tour of your facility. I was VERY impressed with the knowledgeable and super friendly, helpful staff! The women's locker room/showers were sooooo nice.... more
I came here with my step daughter and the place was clean. The class we took was water aerobics, it was really fun!! Will definitely get memvbership to keep coming.. Nice club, with everything you could ever need from a gym.... more
Only three squat racks -.- and making so much money already, it would be nice if you guys have more squat racks, always having to fight for one.. Everything one needs for a good workout.... more
Great work out place , people are serious about doing something that will affect their whole lifestyle. Love the free weights giving you sk much more than some other clubs. The programs they offer are really beneficial as well.... more
They have activities for every age and fitness ability. It's a great place!. I've been coming to In-Shape for 2 years now and it's always a great experience. My 3 year old loves the ladies, they are always so attentive with all the children and that is very comforting.... more

5 months ago i would say avoid this place but after meeting Jarrod Mills. I love this place now! 4 months ago i met with Aaron . I was going to sign up with the $100 enrollment fee and $20 monthly but he kept trying to push the 4 day training sessions on me even after i said no thanks im good like 4x in person .... more
I like the indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean. Friendly staff. Regular people work there, not just a bunch of muscle heads. The staff is like you and me. We are all just looking for a safe place to work out.... more
The club is nice and the employees are courteous. The set-up of club is perfect I have a lot of options.. Pretty nice staff. Towels provided. Great pool area. They say hi and bye but I hate the way the kids get away with anything in the pool area all summer.... more
