Variety of exercise options. Close to my house (Lake LA) where nothing is. Love they have a pool & water aerobics.
I recently took a tour of your facility. I was VERY impressed with the knowledgeable and super friendly, helpful staff! The women's locker room/showers were sooooo nice. Everything was super clean. I joined!
Best Prices, I am a very shy person to work out infront of people so I loved the idea of a women's little area that my husband could workout with me in. My son was so happy the kids Play Area. Very patient Caregivers . Best Gym I've been to!

Really clean gym. Good maintenance team and super nice staff. Could use a cross fit area for sure. Love love the aqua hydro massage beds!!
Trainer was great n very knowledgeable but it comes with an additional fee. Yoga class was fun but too crowded for individual instructor attention. So it's ok~if it were more client focused I would've given higher rating but bcause ur basically on ur own @gym equipment n facility is ok.
I was about to sign up everything looked great but they'res no way i can afford the initiation fee wish it was cheeper oh well.
I LOVE my InShape gym on Ave S in Palmdale, I love the hours & all it has to offer to help you get in shape, however I'm disappointed in the female MEMBERS that leave the womens showers & dressing rooms atrocious & I feel bad for the workers that have to pick up after grown women in that manner.

Needs more machines the victorville location has everything. Free weights arent in a small corner. They have the space use it.
It's always clean and the people are really nice. Plus, the pool is always clean.
Always have towels, employees are very helpful and polite. I love this place, don't change a thing!

Very impressed with this place it has a separate section for the ladies it has a Jacuzzi it has a Olympic pool I heard there is also a sauna also you could bring your babies they have a babysitting section on site not really familiar with the details but there is which comes really handy for fathers and mothers

Love going here it's actually a fun place to go go and get a good workout.
I suggest to hire a good cycling trainee.....

I am really feeling Good that I work out at In- Shape. I am getting in shape every day I do my routine. Plan to expand it with yoga and stretching.
Close to home. Different machines. Priced high in my opinion.

Lady T is my favorite workout class teacher I wish she taught more classes! She is so motivating, she actually does the workout with you unlike Kim, who just shows you a move then stands there.

After joining this gym, realized its always packed, weights all over the place all the time, employees seem friendly. Your work out will take double the time because of waiting and looking for weights all the time, they close very early on weekends. Swam in thier pool for about 45 mins, took a shower and came back to find everybody is staring at the pool, found out that i was swimming with alot of human feces, stayed thier for about 15 mins no body did any thing about it. Called the GM the next day she said its out of our control and there is nothing they can do for me. Contacted coporate but no body called or emailed back.
Since then i am disgusted of the whole place and how its ran.
Always crowded. Closes too early on the weekends. I've been in other gyms but doesn't get as crowded as this one. I just cancelled my membership. Not worth it
Pretty full most of the time, amateur members that do not respect the equipment and avoid re-racking weights. Staff lacks cleaning practices. Always out of clean towels to wipe down equipment and disposable paper towels.
Very clean facilities, friendly staff. As opposed to some gyms this one has a good chill vibe, I truly enjoy working out here
The water in the pool and hot tubs were gross. Kindy pricy for me but they do have great variety in equipment and classes and stuff.
Clean and I love that they have heavy lifting classes I can take after a long day of work. Bodypump with Kouri Wednesday nights is the best! Sheila and Nicole are awesome too but I only get to take their classes when they teach later in the evenings.
Great gym has all the tools giving 3 stars some of the equipment doesn't get it's regular maintenance.

All is great except the bathrooms, they need to clean them more often and get toilets that flush
