I previously had given the club a poor rating due to their lack of customer service. I was contacted by corporate who addressed the issue. When I went in to my local club Brittany was courteous and knowledge and able to help resolve the initial problem.

I absolutely love In-Shape Fit, everyone on staff have been very nice and helpful. The gym is kept very clean and not crowed, the equipment is always available whenever I come to use the gym. I'm very happy with the gym. The young lady who works the front desk in the morning is so pleasant to everyone and makes you feel very welcomed.
I enjoy this place but their prices are ridiculous and their sales people try to upsell you too much on stuff you don't need and want you to pay higher prices for everything. Not a pocket-friendly gym but other than that they are okay.. They always seem to be fixing something and it takes them a long time to repair broken machines.
This place is pretty great. For a decent workout you can't beat it. The temperature is comfortable and they keep the place pretty clean. The $10 a month is a steal. They even have workout classes now which is a perk but nothing I use. Monday's seem busiest so I try to avoid those evening hours. Speaking of hours they need to push back closing times especially on weekends.

Everyone is beyond polite, no body shaming whatsover from anyone, and really clean. The staff is pretty awesome as well!

This gym is small but its never felt overcrowded. Plenty of machines to go around. The facility is well kept and has always been clean. But the best thing about this gym is the girl who works the front desk in the early mornings. She is the sweetest thing and I always feel so sorry for her because she is not only greeting customers but manning the front desk and cleaning everything all by her lonesome. Seems like things the night people could do before closing seeing how she is the only one there first thing in the morning and has to do everything all by herself.
