Victorville location is great it's just the three locations 2 in Palmdale and one in Lancaster that need to do something about their hot water turn it up a little bit Lancaster's not too bad but it's not hot enough both Palmdale location you'll be lucky to get hot water Management's not doing their job need to get replaced 5 months of this showers cold water
Made the switch from planet fitness . That was a joke . This gym is tons better . A lot of equipment and staff is super cool . Especially that kid Mike. Always has a positive attitude and makes you feel welcomed! Thanks In Shape

Gym is always clean!!! My daughter loves Kids Club! Love the energy the staff has in there! My daughter says she loves making crafts and playing board games with staff members Marine and Sharel. She comes home talking about them every time I take her with me which makes me incredibly happy and puts my mind at ease so I can get a good workout in. Highly recommend
Love this gym! Been here for about 3 years. It's always clean and friendly. Staff and members are all nice and the equipment is usually always available which helps me get my workout done fast. Nice gym for starters and advanced. Has everything but the pool and sauna, but I barely use that stuff anyways
The staff is incredible. Stupendous hospitality! However a lot of gym members just leave weights laying around and a lot of them don't even clean equipment after they use it. They definitely need more equipment. The Smith machine is always occupied by someone. Even when they aren't using it, they stay there so others can't use it.
I think they need a sauna here. Considering the amount of members, probably a larger sauna or more than one for each gender or a sauna and a steam room, although they should consider maintenance on current equipment, new equipment, and regulating popular equipment before ever considering a sauna or steam room. It's ridiculous waiting almost an hour just for the Smith machine
There's nothing wrong with the gym, the staff are very friendly and welcoming however I do not like how they take your money out of your account before your 30 days are even up. I wouldn't recommend auto debit if your person who budgets your account to the tea like I do.

Zumba class at nights are fantastic, but VERY crowded. Some members are not nice, sometimes rude and dont share space. I wish they can open more zumba classes at night. Instructor is awesome!

Horrible experience. Hired a personal trainer and she rescheduled, then no showed on me back to back. Rushed after work to get to yoga class and the teacher doesn't show. Not paying money to an establishment where they can't get people to show up to work or act professionally. Then the initial manager was all weird completing my friend and I saying we look nice and he has a thing for girls with nails. That's not going to fix anything and is incredibly unprofessional. Should have never cancelled my 24 hour fitness memebership.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with InShape. I was a member of InShape. I will be again. Red signed me and my family up for membership. When my husband lost his job Red paused our membership (we were hoping it would only be temporary). When it was obvious it was not temporary, Red helped us cancel our membership. When my husband is employed again, we will be back. This gym was the most understanding of any I have ever had membership with. Plus, I love the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the gym. Thanks Red. InShape Rocks!
In shape Lancaster. CAis a fantastic club. They are clean with state of the art new equipment. No long wait times for machine use like other gyms. Red the manager is a people person. He will fit your budget and exercise goals into the perfect pay plan. Go see him now. It's a New Year. Treat Yourself!
I've been a member now for over 2 years. I like the workers, they are extremely helpful and friendly. I like the classes, instructors and facilities. Great gym.
After being here for two year all I can say is that it is one of the cleanest gyms ive been to and ive been to: Planet, Monster, YMCA, 24, VIP and a few others InShape on cleanliness beats all of them the staff is friendly and so are "most" of the people sadly the only reason I did not resume going is because it has gotten over crowded and the gym heads that use 5 machines/benches just got on my nerves (not the gym/owners fault its the people that do this) they should have a gym ettique class because some people dont think its rude or just don't know I enjoyed coming here for as long as I did i recommend for people to come to this great big gym.

Been going to this place since it opened and I've liked it more than any other gym. Spacious, clean, friendly staff over all love this place. I hated leaving the first time when I moved away for a bit but now I'm back and it's still the same cool place.
Yeah, enjoyed my first day at this GYM. I liked it better than West Palmdale when they misrepresented their contract.
Between all the gyms this is one that's least crowded. Friendly folks at the counter, awesome staff and the place is clean. I can deal without any of the extras for the quality of what I get. Definitely my favorite gym
