Kate is an excellent strength training instructor. Loved her class. I plan to attend again.
So I signed up today and the person to sign me up happened to be the GM Jay who i couldn't recommend more extremely help and a hevk of a nice guy really enjoyed his tour and conversation
The classes are the best part of the gym. The class teachers are fantastic - all well trained and fully prepared for each class. The schedule and variety of classes are great. Who ever is in charge of this program for inShape deserves a lot of credit for running a great program and keeping everything consistent and reliable.Classes are the best way to succeed at the gym. I recommend In Shape to everyone and evangelize the classes especially and the best way to make exercising a permanent part of their lives.
enjoy everytime I go I take my 2 girls with me ever time and the kids zone staff are great. My girls love going and have a great time. My girls love Micheal.

I really love inshape but I'm very disappointed in the way the pool looked today I took a swim after a great workout only to have so much hair long strands of hair all over which is very nasty. Also they put way to much chlorine in the pool I Literally felt sick before I left the gym because of the smell of all the chlorine.

This was my 2nd visit back after an absence of about 9 months due to serious health issues. It was wonderful! It felt great seeing all the old faces and meeting new people. The best part was finally doing a small workout and feeling energized afterwards. Previously I only did the aquatic class but I intend to start basic yoga, do a small 29 minute cardio workout, and do one aquatic class a week. It's ambitious but that's my goals and I know I can achieve them at this gym. It's always clean, I love the pool, and the instructors are all excellent. So to me, this is the best investment in my health I can make and I am 60 years old.

Clean gym , always have good music playing.Jose Hernandez always does a awesome Job of getting work done every morning. Floors mopped.Always meeting and getting people and has a positive attitude. He makes sure the Gym is up to date. Ill be there tomorrow morning 4 am Sharp! Good job guys!! Keep up the good work!!

This gym is awesome, I wish Cinda would teach more spin classes in the mornings !!! Please make that possible she is one of the best cycling instructors. :D
Great club, clean. Nice, helpful staff. Cycling classes are great, good bike studio. Clean pool.

I like this place but it's got rediculouis "enrollment fees" my sister has been a member for a while and they still have her paying the amount she payed while with a contract , once her contract was over she asked if she can get it reduced since they are no longer contract and the regular is 19.99! And they said yes except she would have to pay a 100 $ fee for enrollment! Enrollment for what?! She's been a member ! That shouldn't be right !
Great clean modern gym with plenty of exercising areas for multiple type of workouts. Has an area upstairs for the ladies. A weight room, machines, and a cardio section downstairs. Also offers an indoor pool with a steam room and sauna
