I was a member there from 2011 - 2020 and they literally have everything you would need to get in shape. They have something for everyone the only gripe I would have is their day care is a germ haven obviously kids.... more
Good place to workout, sauna, steam and swim..Patrick, MANAGER, is not trustworthy. He promised to resolve an error they made with my membership I have paid for over 20+ years. Now he is not returning any of my 6+ phone calls.... more

Great gym, very excellent facilities..The best Gym I've ever been to, and the manager treats you like family. They have way better equipment then most gyms.This is mine and my husband's home gym and initially went to this one all the time.... more
