Patrick, MANAGER, is not trustworthy. He promised to resolve an error they made with my membership I have paid for over 20+ years. Now he is not returning any of my 6+ phone calls.

Awesome Management and Staff! Came here for a quick workout while in town on business. Blanca went out of her way to make me feel welcome and get me acquainted with the gym. Her manager Patrick is doing a great job with his staff and the gym. Regional manager Scott popped in later that day, so I searched him out to let him know. It was nice that he took the time out of his busy schedule to recognize Blanca.

New to the area and this place is a 5 min drive from my apt and when I get there early in the morning I never have a problem using the equipment I need at the time.

I have been using 24 Hour Fitness for over 10 years great facility swimming pool jacuzzi sauna obviously weights and machines weight machines.

It is a very good gym. I live closer to the one on Gosford but i would rather come over here.

I go here because my health insurance pays for membership for physical fitness. I love the big heated pool, the jaccuzi, steam room and sauna. The exercise equipment and treadmills are great and in great shape. I don't like there scales, not accurate. They offer Zumba classes and private lessons. Friendly staff.

Gym is great however the pool and sauna area is closed from 12am-4am which is when I go to the gym. Occasionally it is open on the weekend during those times however Monday - Thursday when Shawn is there !!! It is on lock down !!!! Last night he was straight arguing with a guest like he owns the place !!! 24 hour what ????

Huge amount of diversified equipment, something for everyone. If another 24hr gym has something you like, your welcome there too. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Don't be shy, you'll see every level of fitness, age, weight, etc. and a great mix of cultures! Come on in and enjoy a healthy hang out!

I love 24. I would never go back to the crowded Body Xchange. Wish their was another site on the East side of Bakersfield though.

Kudos to the new GM- Patrick for elevated structure to the place. Love this location cause of the family mentality of the staff remembering your name. Great job Carlos, Olivia, Derek, Jason, Jesse, Erica and Shaun. Keep up the good work.

This gym has the best equipment but the worst staff.lazy and unprofessional staff.they cant even maintain the gym clean.

I joined for the heated lap pool, hot tub/jacuzzi & sauna steam room, all in the pool area. Pool area closes 12am until 4am. This gym is immediately off the 99 Fwy @ Rosedale. Gym and pool are clean, workers are friendly. In the late evenings 8-11pm, I have not seen it busy. NO hand towels provided. Bath/Pool towels for purchase are $10 for 2.

I have been coming to this gym for a couple of months and I have no complaints about the gym directly just the members. They have all the equipment you would need plus a pool and two types of saunas (dry and steam), it's a good gym and like any gym they have to put up with their members.

I love this place! I've been member since 1997. Haven't had any bad experiences. The people are nice. It has everything you need from classes to the spas and a pool. You won't be dissatisfied.

Visiting the area on business and this gym had most of the serious equipment needed. All the old school Hammer Strength and dumbbells up to 125lbs. What was most surprising was there were no crowds! Plenty of room to move. Want to trade this place with the others down in Irvine.

As soon as we walked in, it smelled so musty and funky. They hardly had any equipment. It was very small also!

It's open 24 hours if you are stressed go to Rosedale site steam room sauna pool excellent equipment and classes included in membership. Go there instead of strip club bar or taking your issues out on your families the only thing I suggest is take your own lock for the locker room. They do have free lockers with combinations but once someone changed my combination. Nothing was stolen but my trust for those free combo lockers was but other than that awesome place friendly staff. If you have Brand New Day health insurance your membership to this gym is free. Great collaboration between mind and body.
