Don't be fooled by the size I never have to wait for use equipment. The staff is friendly and always remembers your name when you walk in. I've worked with their PT's Virginia and Debbie and both were helpful and gave me results! Can't recommend this location enough.... more
I like this 24 Hour Fitness location the best! I mainly do jogging and swimming. The Arcadia pool is always too crowded and the Pasadena pool tends to be too cold for me. The Altadena pool here is not too crowded and water temperature is just right.... more
Love the gym. Awesome staff. But they really need to pressure wash the basketball court. Bird poop, gum and spit all over the place. They also need to clean and paint the staircase case that leads to the entrance.... more

It's not Ok place any longer, would give them one star if tlwasnt for them I lost weight years ago. They need to upgrade or sell the place.I had a 3 day pass, and after 2 days of positive experiences attending the Burbank location, I was ready to sign up.... more
Tried a free pass here to see if I like so I can join. Parking is hard to find. As far as the gym itself it's got plenty of workout machines and varieties, but some machines had long weights.... more
Good gym, not too crowded. Lots of machines to use from and they are very clean for the most part. Not too crowded and good to go to in the mornings..Even when busy, people are considerate of others.... more
I've visited this gym thrice in the past three years. This past week I've gone about 8 days in a row and my rehabilitation has been electric and enjoyable. Maximillian is awesome, Mona I believe is also cool as ice, the trainer Johnny is a beast, and yoga instructor Beth is clairvoyant and an angel.... more
Vanessa at the front desk was VERY RUDE AND NASTY ACTING. When asked for her name and id number from corporate she told me "no, she's not giving me that information". I then asked what's the managers name, she told me "go upstairs and look for them".... more
The 24 Hour Fitness gym is not cleaned daily and it’s filthy and dirty! Management needs to hire someone to thoroughly clean the gym daily. Members have asked management and employees for better cleaning and nothing is done.... more
Lot of good equipment and close to home, but it doesn't really seem that clean. I wish my boyfriend could play basketball here like at the Northridge one. Staff is ok, not super-friendly, but there are a lot of good classes.... more
What's the point of being sold and paying for a super sports when there is no towels, jacuzzi is always broken. 6 months ago do to a back injury jacuzzi was down. Now I come back to gym and the jacuzzi was s still down.... more

For its monthly price its not worth it and canceling it is even worst. The gym smells like gross old damp rags upstairs and some other parts of the gym smells worst and theres hardly any ventilation up where the cardio section is and most of the cardio equipment is fairly old and some dont work properly.... more
Its Boytown.....lots of red flags go up but staff come and go just like the dominant crowd of tourist. People come specifically here due to its location. That in itself deserves a high rating.... more
Gym is decent for working out but it is very dirty. Not the best gym to use in the area. Have seen better gyms with much cleaner equipment and nicer staff..I've been coming to this gym for about 4 years.... more
When I moved to Los Angeles, I thought I wouldn't need a gym membership, because I'd be so outdoorsy, hiking all day on the weekends and running through the park at 6:30am during the week.... more
I miss being greeted by Sarah. Hi Sarah.Worst gym! A bunch of machines are out of service...it took them 6 months just to remove one, not fix it, just remove it. My dues went up yet machines are still broken and non working.... more
Great instructors in the group classes. Unfortunately the cleaning is POOR. Showers are filthy, moldy and soap containers are often empty..The gym here is remarkable. Clean and a lot equipment.... more
