Vanessa at the front desk was VERY RUDE AND NASTY ACTING. When asked for her name and id number from corporate she told me "no, she's not giving me that information". I then asked what's the managers name, she told me "go upstairs and look for them". Very unprofessional, other workers and the rep on the phone had to apologize for her actions.
Other than that the facility was clean and up to date. There is a sign about the elevator not working due to the construction so that's understandable.
Might try this gym again but Vanessa needs some type of customer service training!!

It's not handicap friendly which is illegal. The elevator "suddenly" is not working or just too lazy to operate since they have to do it for you. Some of us have autoimmune diseases that you cannot see and walking up the stairs suck. Do not come here if you are handicap.

Good gym, but Maintenance is bad, if a machine is broken takes forever to fix. And towles are rarely picked up same thing with the weights.

Came here for a 3 day pass. Nice big spacious gym. Variety of exercise machines. Really lo e the Elliptical, vert effective. Just too pricey. If money was no issue I would sign up yesterday.

Worst gym i ever been a member of the list in just the womens locker room was so long from broken shoer nossels to no lights in three showers one with no hot water one flooding lockers broken hand dryers not working. The managment was so rude the woman before i complained left yellling i was cool until he was didrespectful. This gym needs headquarters attention ....

Zero management. This puke has (or whatever) been here for 9 days and nobody cares to clean. dumbells always unorganized, mirrors always dirty, random crazy people come over and shout out in a scary way. I have been member since 07 and never saw a location worse than this. Once a crazy freak kept calling me MF few times, i approached the guy at the counter for help, he responded as calling someone Mother F is normal in American culture!

The worst management, after trying to address an issue with one of the manager, where my information was exposed and used and I was charged for unauthorized transactions. They were not willing to work with me and the best route that they could offer me was to terminate my membership. After 3 years of been a loyal member... you can see how much they worry about their customer and ther information privacy. Never coming back to 24hrs...

The gym doesn't have a crowding problem, probably because a lot of the equipment is busted and the dumb bells are never racked. It's Sunday, barely anyone here, and the weights still manage to be scattered everywhere.

It's clean. Lots of cardio machines. The pool and hot tub are are well kept.

Great staff but it could be cleaned and people are wearing sport shoes and not slippers as required to the sauna. Management does nothing.

This gym is amazing in all ways. Towel service, Large pool, Sauna & Steam rooms, very luxurious for a 24. Gym space is bigger than I expected and the team members here are very polite and friendly. And then on top of that you have food and everything all around you for after the pump.

The WORST 24 HOUR GYM! Clearly the managers are absent. The gym area was filthy. Had to be 6 people standing behind the main check-in counter. I found gum on one machine. Dumbles, bars, weights etc all over the place. Members put nothing away, never wipe a bench when they are done. It is an example of lack of pride and respect in the gym you train at and the gym you work at! Its a second floor gym the access stairway is small and upstairs was crazy hot and its December!!!!

First off, I was hit in the face with a very sour smell, which I didn't initially blame anyone but the heat for. Then, I go to grab a towel, and they are sloppily folded, causing me to question whether they were actually clean. The heat outside definitely called for more AC, I got 4 miles into my usual 7 on an elliptical, and simply could not go on, due to the heat and thickness of the air.
I think I may be looking for a new gym to meet my needs, the consistency from club to club and state to state is somewhat appalling.
Overall, these issues aren't the fault of the club I visited, however.... the aforementioned ARE issues that the individual club, it's manager and employees CAN do something about. I truly hope they choose to aim for excellence.

It's relatively clean, but I feel as of 2017; this location became more and more frugal.
Sometimes the air conditioning isn't cool enough. The workers don't make as many walks around to check on the cleanliness of machines and THE MEN'S LOCKER ROOM.
Honestly, there are some nasty dudes who shave in the showers, without sandals, and some brazenly shave in the sauna which is forbidden BUT NOT ENFORCED
24hour fitness : plz step up your cleanliness and basic maintenance.
Otherwise, it's a gym with a lot of equipment. Peak hours 4pm - 9pm. But I give it 3 stars for convenience and relative cleanliness in regard to BALLY (which is a nightmare!!).

It's an okay gym, has a lot of amenities, decent service, somewhat old but operational equipment, and an okay variety of ways to exercise.. It really needs a water bottle refill station. Not the best 24 hour, can be dirty sometimes, but it'll do.

This is by far the worst super sport that I've been too, and I've been to many. They ration your towels, even though they have a HUGE stack behind the counter. They just don't want to add work for themselves for the sake of the customer. The front desk associates don't even smile. They must hate their job. We are paying for a higher quality gym, but there has been the same continuous leek at the water fountain for the past 3 months. They don't even walk the floor to see what needs fixing. I only come here because I'm 5 min. Away from it, but I'm not a happy customer.

Got a good workout in at around 1:30pm. Easy parking, gym not crowded with plenty of machines available. Overall satisfied!
