Worst gym! A bunch of machines are out of service...it took them 6 months just to remove one, not fix it, just remove it. My dues went up yet machines are still broken and non working...THE ONLY REASON WHY I HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP is bc they are open at 4 am...and that's the only time i can get a workout in. Worst ever. If you have an option for another gym, go!!

This gym is located off the West Covina Parkway and close to 10 Freeway. The parking is not very easy to find, unless you drive up to the 3rd floor in the parking structure.
This gym is a sports club, so it has the Sauna and Steam room, which are usually crowded. However, most of the gym equipments, are really old and out of the date. Plus, the bathroom is old with many broken toilets and doors from time to time, same as the shower facilities.
I really hope that this gym will have an updates of the equipments soon, and pay more attention to the bathroom and showers.

So I walk into 24 hour fitness west Covina Pkwy and expect a normal enrollment and basic treatment which is what you useally get at most establishments but what I got was a warm family welcome from Jenny at the front desk And the general manager who enrolled me so fast an luckily I was able to get a 0 sign up deal ever sense that day I call this gym my happy place thanks to the wonderful positive staff thank my24

Lumpy 2nd floor crumbling. Needs to move free weights downstairs. How long before it collapses. People will die. People will sue. 24 will go out of business. If we all complained to corporate enough times they might prioritize in fixing this place.

But more importantly needs bumper plates and a workout rig for 10 so that people can continue to quarter rep their squats and deadlifts inside the power rack with 10lbs on it!!!
If we all complained to corporate enough times they might prioritize in fixing this place.

I like this gym. I go a few times a year when I'm visiting family in the area and it's a nice place. A little busy sometimes and could use some updating.

This 24 is trash . Homeless people living in the parking lot . Not well staff and clean either. Would not recommend when there a LA fitness a mile away .

By Far the WORST 24 HOUR FITNESS CLUB in EXISTENCE!!! from the equipment to the staff! Goodluck finding the weights your looking for, goodluck waiting 30mins-1 hour for a machine which the person using the machine is probably on there phone. Staff is complete trash, they dont take there jobs seriously and there pricing on products are off as well, rude customer service is expected. I honestly have no idea how this 24 hour is still open, probably because it's the only one in its area!!!

Really liked this gym until I went to the one on Azusa . This one feels like it stuck in 90s the equipment is very outdated the staff is super friendly tho!!

As far as 24 hour fitness goes this has by far been of the most disappointing. With out writing an essay here are some hot points.
- large amount of vehicle break ins. ( my vehicle has been broken into twice here)
- day time staff ignores the hourly call to clean and re rack weights
- mens restroom has leaky plumbing which causes the floor to always be wet. Not only is this a hazard but its disgusting.
- cardio equipment is old and replacement units are too few.
- the cable equipment is consistently broken.
-my largest concern is the actual flooring on the upstairs section is collapsing and is a huge hazard . Specifically by the squat rack.
-the Smith machines safety lock has been broken for years.
- theres no wifi ( this wouldn't be an issue, but the 24 on asuza has great wifi)
I understand the staff cant control all this , but it seems there more concerned with adding someone to your plan then actually maintaining the facility.
Oh and an update the Susana is currently inop.

Good club. Big building. Great parking lot. Staff is nice and courteous. My only concern is the cleanliness of the place. Specifically the male lockers. Is always smelly and not really Clean. I wrote a review a few months ago and nothing g was done about it. I'm really sorry to cancel my membership but I like to work out in a smell free environment. This is only as a constructive criticism... Good luck people. :(

It's a 24 hour fitness good because it is open when ever you desire to workout, but the gym equipment is a little older and sometimes hard to use, and the parking lot definitely is a little sketchy there has been numerous times where I see what look like homeless people sleeping in corners.
But other than that the stuff is very nice and always asks you questions like how are you doing before your workout the locker rooms are kept clean and when you have a question or complaint they're willing to service it right away

A lot of bros there and they like bench press. The 4 flat benches they have are usually occupied. They don't squat much tho.

I hope you like taking cold showers in a remake of the Shawshank Redemption. It looked like those boys in Shawshank even had a better setup.

They always ask me if my family wants to join and it's always the same people. They are friendly and helpful, but it gets annoying. Decent equipment for the price and my wife loves the classes.
