what kind of place refuses to let A 22 YEAR OLD FATHER take his 6 YEAR OLD brother because he doesn't "claim his as a dependent on his taxes" like seriously what kind of question is that. Obviously hes going to take care of his brother and be responsible.
My boys love this place. Always have a blast. Its huge with plenty of jumping activities including basketball and dodgeball. I do recommend you register online if possible to save time and don't forget to save socks for future jumps. The staff are always nice and attentive. The pricing is reasonable and great place for birthday parties.

I took my son to rush air sports to hang out with his cousin. We have been the multiple times and have had mostly positive experiences over the years. When things do arise such as long wait times the staff there has been accommodating. The prices are reasonable, the facilities are clean and well taken care of, and the staff have always been helpful. My son loves going to rush air sports and we will definitely continue going.

Jumping is something that should never get old. It's really fun for kids and for parents if you are not afraid to sweat. Eat first, there's not real food and bring something to drink. Cold water rocks. But this place is so much fun. I have a 12 year old son and jumping, playing with him in Rush is so much fun.

Girl at counter was nice and polite. Guy with blue hair and ref shirt was rude. He needs a lesson in customer service. I feel like if the owners knew how rude he was and acted like he was so misserable working there they would fire him. Supposed to be a fun place for kids and family but this guy is not worth going back. Also a red head girl on the floor yelled at my son after he waited in line to play fight with the sticks and as he was finally there and in the center to play fight she screams across the area at him to get out and go away because his band was green and it was 1:32, just off from 1:30, AFTER HE WAITED in the line. She acted like a heartless miserable person too. Get some happy employees in this place or you'll continue to lose customers. And just so I am clear, mothers who I do not know were also appalled at how my quiet, nice son was screamed at and thrown out. Just terrible attitudes, terrible personalities, horrible experience especially at a place for kids.

Overall it seemed clean and entertaining, but the employees seemed more interested in their own personal conversations than actually paying attention to the kids. My husband jumped with our 4 year old and 6 year old, while our toddler and I watched. All of the staff seemed vigilant in watching their areas and ensuring safety, and everyone was polite. It was so much fun! They have these replay tv screens up that you can look at to see the cool stuff that you or your kid just did, in case you missed it or just want to show off. :) They are constantly running and play about 20 seconds maybe after real time.
I would love to see a more affordable price for toddlers, and perhaps something like a family season pass. We really loved it, and would like to go more, but it is too expensive for us to go regularly as a family.
Reasonably nice spot. Even when quite busy it's large enough to handle it without being too crowded. Staff seemed friendly and helpful to kids. Knocking star off for the little add on junk like socks (and not wanting to let you wear the same socks from other similar places).
My family loves Rush. We have been several times. I like the set up. Even when it gets busy you can still normally find a calm spot. The staff was always professional and nice. We will deffinatly be back.
We decided to come here for my daughters birthday on a slow Wednesday and WOW how RUDE can your employees be? Even the "manager" Elsa was the worst! We pay our money to jump and 15 minutes in they start hounding me because I'm wearing a hat! Just a plain old baseball cap. Then I get a little tired so I sit down on one of the recliners they have and one of the employees Comes and asks me to get up because they are massage chairs and I'm supposed to pay to sit there....mind you theres NOBODY else sitting in the chairs and there's also ZERO SIGNS POSTED so I say whatever and then move to another spot and then my daughter starts to get a little separation anxiety and started to panic and cry in the jungle gym and when I go to rescue her they run over and tell me I can't go in there to get her!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and worst customer service I've experienced in a so called family friendly environment. You're better off just going to a park with your kids.
And when we were there half of the place was closed because they were fixing roof panels that were coming down, why even open and take people's money? We politely asked for a refund for SOME of our money and got shut down and then was accused by an employee for taking my socks of that the manager actually tried to look at the camera to see that i was telling the truth and still denied our money back.
So Sorry to whom actually runs and cares about this place because the rest are just tainting the name because we will never be back nor will our friends and family because we tried to correct the problem before it ruined our day but your staff made that impossible.
Awesome place to kill time ,but id advise to go with friends and if it's your first time then pay for 2hours because Evan then that's a short time.

My kids had lots of fun, it was a little pricey but hey if you want your kids to have a really fun hour save up and take them to rush, seeing my kids so happy makes it worth...but I still wish it was a little cheaper so I can actually treat them more often because it is expensive when you're taking a family of 7...still give them 5stars tho because my kids really enjoyed their 1hr of super fun....

Looks like fun. Dropped the kid off for a birthday party. She had lots of fun. I doubt I would ever voluntarily go on a Saturday afternoon, though. It is a zoo!!!
So much fun! Very few things to do with rambunctious toddlers in this town. We appreciate Rush being here.

My grandson had his 7th birthday party at RUSH. It was a first class operation from check-In to assisting with the private party. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of kids celebration. The staff was remarkable. Thanks, RUSH for a great time.

Daddy, grandma and I appreciated the comfortable seats to watch the children. They have different sections with different activities for the older kids. I think they don't allow outside food or drink, except cake and water. Overall clean and nice.
This place was amazing. When I first walked up the lady was very polite and helped me. The workers helped my friend and I. They need to keep plan eye on the little one though( mostly the parents). Besides that I LOVED it will always go back!

This place was great when it first opened. Now they charge for everything, nickel and dining every penny they can from loyal customers. Elsa has the worst customer service of any manager that I have ever encountered. There have been several instances where she has never taken a look from a kids standpoint. They charge for adults now since they clearly realize how much money they are losing. Y letting adults jump free with any child who is under the age of 1. This was my last time every bringing my family to this place. If your smart you will stay always from RUSH air sports. They found a way to make a child unhappy by trying to charge for a infants crawling around and playing in the kids zone. Congratulations to the owner who is clearly not aware of who he has working for them and the unsatisfactory customer service they have given over the last 2 years. They will try and hide my review or ask me to take it down but this is the last straw.
