They have activities for every age and fitness ability. It's a great place!
I've been coming to In-Shape for 2 years now and it's always a great experience. My 3 year old loves the ladies, they are always so attentive with all the children and that is very comforting. Equipment is always clean, employee's polite, and equipment always kept up.
I am definitely satisfied. I come as often as I can but my long work hours conflict with me coming more frequently.
I just wish that I could receive a backpack lol
I just want to say kids club has the best service at inshape! Especially their employee Ariana does such a great job with the kids! 100% recommend!
Great staff. large beautiful health club with amazing amenities, swimming, raquet ball, basketball, indoor running track, and group classes for every schedule. Classes start as early as 5:30 AM and go as late as 8:30 PM. Child care 6 days a week.
Clean smelling just that they need to put the wiring under the concrete cut a hole instead of having to walk over it there's a plate over the wires I should be under the surface not above surface that's my complaint to that maintenance needs to keep a better eye on a facility especially the restrooms
I love my gym. There is plenty of equipment so it's been very rare that I've had to wait to use anything. Pool and jacuzzis are well kept, the track is so convenient when it's too cold or too hot to run outside. Also, the steam room and the Sauna are life savers when I get stiff.
Love this place. I use mainly the pool, but have taken the cycling class which was great. The Zumba class is not very good but I had fun anyway since again, the staff and people are nice. Everyone who comes here is nice so far.

After trying another gym I decided to give this one a shot. My niece invited me and I am so glad she did. I love this gym! There are so many types of classes and the instructors are amazing. Besides the classes there is a track, lots of equipment to work with, a pool, spa, steam room and sauna. There is that and so much more. What even makes this gym even better is I get to spend time with my kids. They have a family night that allows my kids to join me along with family swimming. I highly recommend this gym!

I do Aqua Zumba & Water Works several times a week and each class is fun, invigorating, the music is fantastic and the instructors are upbeat and fun and always changing up the routines to keep it fresh!!! The showers and locker room are always clean and that's important to me. I really enjoy myself each time I visit! Thank you In-Shape staff :)

We have been going here for a few months. The gym is clean and there is lots of staff who are nice. The equipment is in good shape with few out if service machines. I don't use the pool but its big and looks nice. The gym is fine and I go 5 days a week

Favoeite gym. The pool, locker rooms, and weight areas are always clean. Employees are great!
I really like this gym compared to others I the area. I'm the type of person that is uncomfortable in a gym but this place has a lot of little rooms that you can work out in and not feel like the whole gym is staring at you. They have a lot of amenities that most other in the area don't. I got a personal trainer here, she is fantastic and makes you feel comfortable all the time!!! Nikki is awesome!!!!

I've been a member for 4 years( joined in 2014 before the grand opening), and have been very satisfied with all of the amenities. And to me, the three most awesome front desk people are Sadie, Mercy, and Felix! They've always been helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable to me and I would like management and corporate office to know how happy and comfortable I am with them.Whenever I arrive and they scan me in or if I have a question or whatever else, they're always professional and have pleasant smiles and ask how I'm doing by my name and I feel they are truly sincere about helping me feel welcome when I go in, to me, that's very important. Thank you for being the best club around and all that you have!

I aboslutely adore my gym and in-shape not only has great customer service, great trainers, a pool, 2 spas, 2 sauna's, tanning beds they have it all..
Love this place. Clean and plenty of machines and weights for every one. Pool and basketball court... favorite stress reliever. No pain no gains!

Front Desk staff works hard to greet thier members. However thier is a huge diffeence between the morning s and the afternoon/evening crew. Felix really trys his best to handle a lot of situations that arise. He goes above and beyond to the members. A smile can go a long way when greeted something the morning crew does not know.
Housekeeping can be hit or miss. My wife tells me how dirty the female lockerooms can be or how they dont have any toilet paper in the stalls. If thier gym next door is advertising if other gyms have dirty locker rooms they are spot on. I have also noticed the female front desk staff aniyah sometimes lend a hand when there are no female housekeeprs. As with lazy employees they have two housekeeprs who stand around and talk to the members.
Love in shape, wife and I popped i after work and put in three quick miles at the indoor track upstairs. All the latest machines, equipment, free weights, racquetball, basketball, zumba swimming pool, saun, spin classes, a bunch of Tv's, and Trainers. You love to work out? This is the pace to do it. By the way im sure there is way more to do, but thats all I could think of. Oh yeah, there is child care also!!! See you there!!!
Love the hell out of this gym. They have many reasonable membership offers. And they adhere to everyone's gym need. Indoor track, pool&jacuzzi, basketball, tennis, cycling, and so much more. I personally enjoy the shapes room for the women and the ropes.
Nice amenities. Can be crowded at times, but what gym isn't? Staff is visibly cleaning often, and additional classes have been added to meet demand. Arrive early for group classes.
Relaxing atmosphere, polite and helpful staff. The area is always clean. I enjoy my work outs every time I go.
I like this gym. It has everything I need for a good workout with weights and cardio. I like the large locker room with dressing rooms for privacy and showers stalls.
The staff don't seem to be very engaging. I don't like the overbearing sells pitch when you bring a guest in.
We love this gym. The children's area is great!! The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a great selection of workout equipment. Although it tends to get a little crowded at times, there is still plenty of equipment to go around.

Even on the busiest days it's such a large space that you never feel like it's too crowded. Dom P. The environment is nice, and they offer a lot of classes and plenty of workout rooms and areas. There is a pretty active kids club here as well. Sometimes the showers could be cleaner but they do try.
There are things that don't work. Such as management. They tell my mom my sister can't be in the dance room during the class. Then the next time that class happened another mom brought her son in and nothing was said to them. Stupid. And that's just one example. Thankfully the equipment works.
This gym has everything to offer from weight machines, swimming, a large selection of fitness classes at all times of day, and much more. I come workout on my own or bring my daughter and play raquetball. The staff are so welcoming and very helpful! I actually enjoy working out now!
