I love that the facilities are always very clean and never crowded. There is a wide variety of equipment, weights, and open space to choose from. I also love using the sauna after my workout.
I love working out here. It's always clean, the music isn't too loud and there is always a great variety of classes and equipment.
Best InShape I have ever been too. The atmosphere is terrific, people are very friendly and the staff are wonderful! I wouldn't go to any other gym if they were open 24/7 or closer too my job! The place is always clean and the equipment in top condition. I recommend it to everyone!
Has lots if amenities, tanning massage beds sauna steamroom outdoor pool n jacuzzi circuit training, do many group exercise rooms @,Buena Vista n ming

Nicest gym I've ever been to and super friendly staff. I travel for work and have bought day passes at LA fitness, Golds Gym, etc.. but InShape Seven Oaks is open, nicely laid out. Even though it was over 100 degrees outside, the gym was cool and I could always feel good airflow to keep me cool during my 2 hour workout. I observed staff always cleaning, putting away weights, wiping walls and baseboards. Men's locker room was clean and well stocked. Looks like they have a ton of amenities. Massage chairs/beds, lots of classes on the schedule. I glanced outside and saw the resort style pool and cabanas. You could come here and just hang at the pool and you might feel like you are poolside at a nice Las Vegas resort hotel. Highly recommend.

Beautiful gym, nice location...wish classes were offered at different times per day to accommodate other work schedules. (8pm classes and mid-day classes would be great!)

Beautiful facility! Signed up yesterday with Marquis who is hands-down the kindest salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. He did not make the experience feel uncomfortable or 'sales-pitchy' and provided a wealth of information. I rarely do reviews, but was introduced to several employees (sales, trainers, daycare) who were not only kind, but made me feel welcomed. Looking forward to my experience at this gym!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I don't want to use the "race card", but In-shape Seven Oaks made it painfully obvious that they didn't value my business....I signed up with the most expensive membership they offered, and was treated horribly....If you are a person of color, I STRONGLY suggest that you find a different location.....#sad
Wow, what a great club. It's more like a spa than a gym. They have everything there you could think of. My only setback is the free weight area is way too small....this isn't a place for heavy lifting, but great for fitness and cardio and so nice!

Sauna, pool, full equipment, plus tons of classes. I always make new friends here.
I will tell you I would have never in my life actually joined a gym however after speaking to a sales manager named Tina who walked me through each step dug for discounts really seemed interested in my goals and my personality type I believe we found a match made in heaven Tina is the sole reason I chose In-Shape. If you are considering joining a gym and don't want to be baffled with some silly Pie in the Sky BS go see Tina at Seven Oaks in shape I cannot recommend In-Shape and Tina in adequate words five stars 5 for Tina and 5 for in shape ... it's a great gym and company.
