Great work out place , people are serious about doing something that will affect their whole lifestyle.
Love the free weights giving you sk much more than some other clubs.
The programs they offer are really beneficial as well.
The gym itself is nice but the parking lot could use much better lighting at night and perhaps security or security cameras as cars have been known to have been broken in to at night. Would not advice parking too far away from the entrance as it's the closest and most well lit area at night.
Very new. Open floor plan. TVs poorly placed. Place is kept a little warm for me. New equipment. So much equipment that it's a little cramped. Sits immediately next door to planet fitness.
Great place to get the body back in-shape. No choice but to work out here. Too much distractions at home even with a small home gym. Worth the effort in dressing up and driving here for a couple hours of exercising
Loved visiting this gym. It's spacious, straight forward in their arrangement of equipment, and they don't hassle you too bad with sales. I was there for a day pass which is only $16 and totally worth it. I was there on a Sunday and had no problems accessing the areas and machines I needed. they have a cool circuit training section, and LOTS of TV's in front of the numerous stationary machines that you can plug into and either listen to the channel or listen to music! The mens's locker room was clean and sanitary. I had a great work out, and was able to shower and change and move on to my afternoon appointments. They offer massage services, tanning beds, and classes. Cool staff, and tons of parking! I highly recommend it.

Best in the west. Depending on which location you go to in Merced. The one on R st., in my opinion is the under rated one. G st. Has way too many meat heads and the Yosemite location is amazing for privacy. All around I love these gyms.

hello! i just wanted to know if your gym has a swimming pool, steam room, or sauna?
Large space but light on weightlifting equipment. Good enough if you're just in town a few days or weeks. Nice staff will work with you on short stay pass.

I prefer the Gst one. But this one is okay. It's not as busy so that'd good.
Prefer this gym over all the other in-shape gyms in town :) awesome staff and less crowded

This In-shape location is wonderful and I enjoy coming in everyday that I do. Highly recommend In-shape over the competiton. Over 80% of the
Dumbbells are in the wrong place. They do an okay job of keeping pairs together but it looks like management isn't very organized when it comes to this side of the gym. Haven't seen it in the morning so it may get messy through the day but it's very unorganized.
I love the one on Rst. It's never crowed and I like the class you can take from the computer no live instructor so you can do it on your own time
Out of the 3 gyms, I frequently visit this location the most. Perfect to get your work out done with out many "gym creeps" has all the necessary and is kept really clean! (Glad they let that manager Tania go she really sucked)

This site has everything I need for the work out I do. I don't do much beyond cardio, and some weights, and it has all that I need. The location is convenient, and staff is pretty friendly. Bathrooms always look clean, and locker room is in great shape.
I had an amazing experience at this club. Mitchell helped me reinstate my membership back, and def made me feel welcomed and was willing to answer all my questions!. I def will be recommending him to any of my friends who want to get a membership!. :)
I'm not member of In-Shape, but for $13.00 you can work out for the day and enjoy all its amenities, which includes massage chair, massage table, weights and aerobic classes.
