Excellent place to get you cardio workout in by using Muay Thai, the one on one instructions by Alex Chavarria is the only one and unique in Houston , I highly recommend this place for Thai Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and all your fighting gear.... more

I went for the first time on 8/10 for a Wild Thought dance lab. The class was really fun the teacher was cool and really patient with us. Only thing was the AC not working and it was really hot.... more
