A couple of months ago I dragged my aging, creaky body into Bayou Bliss Yoga and asked Dana to help rejuvenate my long dormant yoga practice. Six individual lessons later, along with some practice at home, I am definitely more flexible, of course, but she has also seen to the correction of some muscle imbalances I had, giving me a more stable stance and less pain in the joints.... more
