Every class here is amazing! Studio rooms are very large so you have "personal space"! Teachers are knowledgeable, helpful and the absolute best!. I get plenty of massages and this is one of the few that wasn't too strong, but kinda wrong.... more
I went to my second hot yoga class on thursday 2/20/2020 at 6:30pm and after finishing my class and going to my truck, I found that the passenger window was broken and my backpack stolen.... more
I have been coming to BSY for a couple of years now, and even though I live in North Houston now , it is still my go-to yoga spot. The atmosphere is great, the people are amazing and very friendly, and the classes are always very inclusive of all people and all levels.... more
