Man, I will really miss this studio. It is a shame that poor management ruins everything. When a mistake is made, in our case being quoted a price, then being charged over double, it would be great to not have to pull teeth to get the situation rectified only resulting in abysmal customer service. If you have a staff member that makes errors, [I was told that I was not the only one where the staff member made a mistake impacting (the same day) other people], you DO NOT penalize the customer. Great studio, BAD, uncaring, management. And no, I did not want a credit to come back here, I wanted to be charged what I was told you would charge. Unacceptable. There are other Bikram/hot yoga studios in Houston- Especially when THIS customer has dropped hundreds of dollars at your studio. Nice....Namaste? No.
