Studio is very clean, teachers are great and front desk staff is nice and welcoming.

Great experience! I visited classes with different teachers and all of them professional and very helpful. Looking forward to more.

Love it! I always feel welcomed into the hot room here...the instructors are encouraging even when I fall out of a pose...thanks for being available while I alter my life, into the positive, active woman I need and want to be..

Great studio. One of the reasons I left my previous Bikram studio is because they insisted on using plug-in chemical air fresheners throughout the place (the chemical smell would also leak into the hot room), so I was happy to have found out that the new studio is an odor-free zone. I'm sure Bikram would not have it any other way, since hot yoga, amongst its many benefits, is meant to detoxify and relieve allergies. I also really like the instructors, the atmosphere and the culture of this studio. While I purchased an introductory package as a new student, based on my positive experience I definitely want to extend my membership. I only regret not trying this great studio sooner.

Man, I will really miss this studio. It is a shame that poor management ruins everything. When a mistake is made, in our case being quoted a price, then being charged over double, it would be great to not have to pull teeth to get the situation rectified only resulting in abysmal customer service. If you have a staff member that makes errors, [I was told that I was not the only one where the staff member made a mistake impacting (the same day) other people], you DO NOT penalize the customer. Great studio, BAD, uncaring, management. And no, I did not want a credit to come back here, I wanted to be charged what I was told you would charge. Unacceptable. There are other Bikram/hot yoga studios in Houston- Especially when THIS customer has dropped hundreds of dollars at your studio. Nice....Namaste? No.

Update 1/20/2018: NO CREDIT TO DATE IN MY ACCOUNT

It was my very first time doing anything remotely like this, It was amazing. Niambi was the instructor and she delivered. I was intimidated walking in the room, first the temp of the room alone is scary, secondly your breathing immediately becomes heavy due to humidity. Niambi willed me through my first class. My goal entering the class was to give it my all for every excerise lol, I had to change that five minutes in hahahahahaha. My goal was to stay in the room and improve my breathing during intense situations. I stayed in the room until class was over, immediately signed up for regular classes walking out the room: thank you Niambi and birkram yoga meyerland

Beautiful and clean studio. The instructors are amazing ! My favorite class is inferno Pilates!

This is a great studio to practice yoga but that's it. There are serious issues with management. Getting an email at 8:35pm that an 8:15pm class is cancelled, cancelling 8am class on December 24 (Christmas Eve is not a holiday), manager herself showing up late to a 5:30am class with no apology or even acknowledgment, teachers spraying cleaner right after class, the list can go on. Many great teachers, staff and students have left because of management. Hopefully the manager has some idea it is because of her. If I ever came back to Houston I would still do yoga here though, it is clean, new and consistent temp, but that could change too. Also the schedule is always changing.

The 2 best teachers left a few months ago! One of them had been the best bikram teacher I've ever had and really changed my yoga experience. Unfortunately, he was the best thing about this place. There was a cockroach on the floor by my head one time during class (no peace for me in that session!!). The floors are carpeted, so they smell pretty strong of sweat. How do they sanitize the floors? I don't know.

The worst thing though, was when I moved out of state and had to cancel my membership. I talked to a lady in front and she didn't warn me about the 30 day cancellation notice and by the time I submitted the paperwork, I missed the deadline. I was charged for a full month that I could not attend.

You'd think a Yoga studio might be reasonable and not try to take money for a service they did not give me, but the owner was absolutely unreasonable and unapologetic. It felt like something I'd expect from a scam company online, not from a YOGA studio. Really disappointing.
