I used to go to the yoga pod in College Station, so I figured I would give this location in Houston a try. I was very pleased with my visit, and would gladly recommend anyone who's trying to grow their yoga practice to go here. I really enjoyed my instructor as well as the overall atmosphere of the studio. They seem to have plenty of classes for people with different levels of yoga experience, so you can probably find exactly what you're looking for in a yoga experience here. Keep up the great work YP!
An incredible yoga studio, welcoming to all. I love this place and I love yoga because of these folks! The best instructors in town - Amy C., Fran, Valerie, Nancy, Lorelei, Wenjie, just to name a few of these amazing people, they will challenge you and also get you into the best yoga mind and spirit through this practice.
This is such an awesome studio. Instructors are great, very knowledgeable and they help you in your practice. The place is super clean, and the people are so welcoming regardless of where you are in your practice. No judgment. Very supportive team. I feel like I am home every time I attend a class.

Had a fantastic time attending Trap Yoga
I liked the space. Close to where I moved. A couple of people recommended. Went to Amy's class, and the first time was free. Enjoyed the class. People at desk were nice. All around good experience the first time. Liked that they have mirrors on one side--just in case you want to look at posture. There was an Ariel swing/trapeze in the lobby, which was cool. Free water if you bring your bottle. Two showers in the bathroom--and clean. Nice floors, decent parking. I recommend. They also give you a free week. I will definitely try more classes and teachers in future.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the very beginning! they encourage you to keep going and keep trying. An over all peaceful place where you can zone out everything and get a quick work out in!! Love this place!!

From the warm greeting you get once you step through door. Plus the instructors are just amazing as well as the classes I consider myself a beginner when it comes to yoga. So I get excited when I'm able to do a pose I've never tried before. The instructors are patient and really work with you.

This yoga studio was very warm and welcoming. The teacher for the 5:30 class on Sunday was awesome and thorough.
Great location and clean studio...the organic oil smells paired with the soothing music made for a great atmosphere. Ena was very warm and welcoming. I also appreciated hands-on teachers that help with proper alignment. My favorite find was discovering the clean water dispenser that counted how many plastic bottles were being saving, therefore, contributing to conservation and less pollution.
I would highly recommend this facility, the employees are very friendly and attentive. Very clean and comfortable surrounding and I never felt self conscious about how I looked felt. Best yoga studio I have been to.

I love that I can mix my yoga practice with barre classes and some light resistance training as well. The space is nice, clean and well-maintained. All of the instructors are very helpful and friendly.
