I have tried to cancel my "monthly dues" for 4 months. They have charged me $800 so far, and still won't return my calls or my fees. Good luck getting them to stop charging your card, once you realize the gym is sub-par.... more

Samantha Davis is practically a magician with her hands. I have had horrible sciatic nerve pain with both pregnancies, and she has always knocked out the pain ENTIRELY. Of course, there is some soreness for a few days after, which is completely normal and expected, but once that's gone, I literally have no more pain! I will ALWAYS go to her for chronic hip pain or any other muscle/nerve issues regardless whether I'm pregnant or not.... more

Love going to Delta. They have awesome coaches. The convenience is unbeatable for me. A 5:15 am workout eliminates the need to do so after work and lengthens my evening. Coach Sue who encourage you to push yourself harder every day and willing to help when you have a question.... more

This cheer gym is initimate and family-oriented . My child was able to get a taste of All-Star cheer and gain a relationship with teammates and staff members. We did hit a few "starter-business" bumps in the road, but overall the gym still offered an affordable introduction in to the cheer world.... more
