I am a loyal follower of Ernesto and Maria for the aerial yoga and TRX classes. Clean studio with motivational teachers and easy to pay online for classes. I feel like the classes are small at times which is great, but I wish more students would come and see how great it is.... more

The founder Gabriela and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, guiding you in everything you need to help you get more sleep more and stress less :) They offer pregnancy safe yoga classes, massages where they watch your baby while you get pampered, breastfeeding classes, sleep coaching and more! It is a great place to meet other moms that are on a similar journey, making lifelong friendships is the best!.... more

I have tried to cancel my "monthly dues" for 4 months. They have charged me $800 so far, and still won't return my calls or my fees. Good luck getting them to stop charging your card, once you realize the gym is sub-par.... more

Samantha Davis is practically a magician with her hands. I have had horrible sciatic nerve pain with both pregnancies, and she has always knocked out the pain ENTIRELY. Of course, there is some soreness for a few days after, which is completely normal and expected, but once that's gone, I literally have no more pain! I will ALWAYS go to her for chronic hip pain or any other muscle/nerve issues regardless whether I'm pregnant or not.... more
