Great gym, lots of equipment, awesome staff. This is a great gym. I usually go at 5-6AM and it's empty with the exception of 5-6 people. Not that I am anti social, but when you're trying to get the workout done it's nice to breeze through.... more

The core is a great business idea. Not only that but it's an amazing environment with amazing people.. This place has terrible customer service. I cancelled my membership because I had a personal trainer become visibly and verbally aggressive with me.... more

When I come into Houston to visit my family, I join the Cardio Boxing class while my nephew is in his martial arts class. I will say the workout is intense and challenging. Just what I was looking for! Love the kick bags and the variety of the class.... more

The founder Gabriela and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, guiding you in everything you need to help you get more sleep more and stress less :) They offer pregnancy safe yoga classes, massages where they watch your baby while you get pampered, breastfeeding classes, sleep coaching and more! Every class here is amazing! Studio rooms are very large so you have "personal space"! Teachers are knowledgeable, helpful and the absolute best!. I get plenty of massages and this is one of the few that wasn't too strong, but kinda wrong.... more
