Very clean and tidy place, though tiny. That is okay - it is still very relaxing. Teacher was really nice and very helpful with modifications...she asked the class about certain pain or anything that would delay or hinder someone from doing a particular pose and she assisted when needed.... more

Great gym, lots of equipment, awesome staff. This is a great gym. I usually go at 5-6AM and it's empty with the exception of 5-6 people. Not that I am anti social, but when you're trying to get the workout done it's nice to breeze through.... more
