This is a great place with wonderful people. I was only in town for three days and I found this place. It was $20.00 to do a day workout and I did two. I love the fact that they are open at 5am and the last class is at 745pm.... more

Excellent place to get you cardio workout in by using Muay Thai, the one on one instructions by Alex Chavarria is the only one and unique in Houston , I highly recommend this place for Thai Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and all your fighting gear.... more
