Good facility for women's fitness and centrally located. The coach, Nigel is passionate about helping other women improve mentally and physically. Great testimonials at very affordable prices
For love of boxing
Great workout!
Great place to learn how boxers train. No, there aren't women in a ring fighting reach other. Just women empowering each other and becoming stronger. 9 pouncing bags hang from the ceiling, weights are shared, wraps on hands, gloves on. Ready, set, go! Be ready to feel like a bad ass at the end of this amazing work out.
