Every class here is amazing! Studio rooms are very large so you have "personal space"! Teachers are knowledgeable, helpful and the absolute best!. I get plenty of massages and this is one of the few that wasn't too strong, but kinda wrong.... more
Our family loves the Houstonian Club. We have a Resident membership and enjoy the variety of programs and amenities. We most often use the gym where they have a wide variety of cardio and weight equipment/machines.... more

Night Club + Cycling = Ryde. Be sure to wear ear plugs. Things you will experiencece: 1) Stobe lights 2) Dancing on a bike 3) Fatigue. Really intense and efficient workout; great music and great instruction.... more

Defy is an incredible play to relax. I had the best experience there. I recommend doing the Chro therapy and the infared sauna. They have so many innovative relaxation devices there.... more
