Very clean and tidy place, though tiny. That is okay - it is still very relaxing. Teacher was really nice and very helpful with modifications...she asked the class about certain pain or anything that would delay or hinder someone from doing a particular pose and she assisted when needed.... more
Terrible costumer service and closes at 5. What type of gym closes so early? Basically you pay more for less hours. Website it broken half the time too. Worst membership ever..Great atmosphere and super clean.... more

Great gym, lots of equipment, awesome staff.This is a great gym. I usually go at 5-6AM and it's empty with the exception of 5-6 people. Not that I am anti social, but when you're trying to get the workout done it's nice to breeze through.... more
