The ladies' locker room is clean. Parking is plentiful and there are lots of cardio machines available when I arrive in the afternoon. My Certified Personal Trainer is Nick. Our workouts are fun but challenging and effective, so I come to the gym much more often than I would without a trainer.... more
Life Changer.Though located in a less than optimal strip mall, the Planet Fitness is well maintained with clean locker rooms. Machines always available. Staff are very friendly, greeting with a smile each time.... more
I've trained at this facility for 2 and a half years now. I couldn't think of a better facility or coaches for my jiu jitsu training. What really sets this gym aside is the heart both the world champion coaches have as the owners.... more
Very bad service. They charge you different fees..Fair price in town . But they were closed transferred clients to fitness connection gyms..Great customer service but they're too many cardio machines that have been out of service for months and managment have no intention of fixing them any time soon.... more
Got a skin infection because gym is ALWAYS FILTHY but I returned again anyway and equipment was filthy again. Dried sweat on the elliptical and treadmills.Sanitizer bottles are always EMPTY.... more
Been going there for a while, nice place, good equipment, no annoying people, solid place..I've been going to Snap Fitness for several months now and absolutely love it. I tried several of the larger gyms in the area and they were so incredibly overcrowded - it was miserable.... more
Aside from a mandatory robotic hello, the staff is not genuinely friendly and I've been going there for 15+ years. I usually just don't worry about it and focus on working out. I checked in, they said a monotone hello and saw my face.... more

I love the place Zumba with Adrian is Excellent beyond I have a good time.Great exercise locations. The gym floors need to be cleaned and the Silver Sneakers class has no room for everyone, not enough chairs and the bleachers seats are not sturdy when one sits on them.... more
Very disappointed with the staff. My son entered an area where he was not tall enough to ride. He is autistic and doesn't understand these height rules. When I saw him enter the area I went to get him and when I got there one of the staff members had brought him to the entrance of the ride and didn't notice I was right there at the moment.... more
Locked out at 8:45 on a Sunday morning, they were supposed to open at 8. Nobody inside and 30 other people waiting out here with me. Have to go to work soon. If this is typical for this location I'm going to see about having my membership canceled.... more
Bounce, barre and cycle I have just moved to Houston and tried several classes and to date the ones at define are my favourite. The classes actually are well structured and you get a well balanced workout plus attention is placed on stretching which for me is a huge positive.... more
