I love YogaWorks! I really enjoy the classes and all the instructors! My membership allows me to go to any location but Heights is my favorite!

I tried a free week of yoga at the Yoga Works in the Heights. I have previously practiced at Yoga Pod and Black Swan, but was seeking a studio closer to home with more variety. I like that this studio offers a variety of classes, anywhere from hot yoga classes that focus on balance and alignment (similar to Bikram) to meditation or restorative classes. The first class I attended was Sonic Hot Hatha at 5:30 on a Monday. There were easily at least 75 people in class. All those bodies make the class even hotter. I left 5 mins early because the heat got to me. I returned on a Sunday night for the same class with a lower turnout - it was much more bearable. I attended a power class during the week where we were asked to do 6 wheels back to back (no thanks!), which is just a recipe for injury. But I think what really turned me off to the studio is the lack of value. $100/mo for a membership is not competitive nor does it match the amenities offered at this studio. The bolsters were filthy, stained, some were even ripped. Blankets smelled funny. Locker room is dark and small. I'd be more willing to join at $70-$80/mo and just bring my own props. Or just go to Black Swan for a drop in and call it a day.
Zev is the worst instructor ever! I was having the worst day and needed my yoga. He was negative and judgmental. Would not recommend.
Oh my goodness the Flow classes and the Hot Core Cardio classes at Heights are my favorite things. More than any other location I go to Heights immediately after work and the teachers have a lot of energy. Most of what stressed me out during the day can leave my mind before I head on home so I definitely sleep better.
As a former person who couldn't stand to do hot yoga, I've been converted. Two studios I loved closed down and I ended up here on the 30 for 30 deal. The staff, location, parking, quality of teachers, quantity of classes offered and clean restrooms make it a nice place to practice. Shout out to Zev he's a great teacher. Also the fellow students here are very friendly. I signed up for a monthly package after my deal expired. I like it here!

I liked the layout of the studio, and the friendliness of the staff. Suzan was particularly helpful and friendly. The instructor for my first class, Saturday at 12n, was Venessa. She was outstanding. I'll definitely be back and I'll bring my wife.

This is a nice, clean studio. The staff is very friendly. The classes are great and the instructors are excellent.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The instructor interacted with us in a very helpful way. The studio was bright and clean. I was very happy with my experience! We'll definitely keep attended classes here.
Things I LOVE about YogaOne in the Heights: 1) Plenty of classes to choose from during the day, for those of us who prefer smaller classes. 2) Welcoming teachers who go above and beyond. 3) The discount for monthly members, as it helped me buy the best mat possible for less. Thanks!
I really love this location, parking is great, having the ability to view the banana trees in the window while practicing is really nice for me. This location is clean, and I have enjoyed practicing with all the teachers.
YogaOne is wonderful. I would strongly recommend it especially if you're a beginner like me. My suggestion to beginners is not to be intimidated. This is about you and if you can't do a certain pose don't fret. There are always modifications.

If you're a mom of kids, having a way to exercise while your kids are occupied and happy is invaluable. Y1 has wonderful teachers, both kids and regular, and as far as group yoga that leaves you feeling worked out, less tense, and a little better about yourself, they've got it down.
