I have been coming to Lifestyle 360 for a few years now as a guest of my mom or sister but I just recently got my own membership. I love this place!! I have seen all of the transformations take place over the years but the close knit, friendly environment has stayed the same throughout all the changes. I love doing the Hooked on Hybrid classes with Malcolm and recently started doing some of Joe's Circuit 360 classes and they're great too. This gym and the trainers make working out fun and they push me to be great even when I feel like giving up. I am very pleased with the class offerings and the location is really convenient and easy for me to go to. Love the staff here! Abel is a wonderful manager and makes an effort to be friendly and check in with the members.

This place is just all shades of cool!! The staffs are professional and friendly, the different programs and registration are tailored to accommodate everyone. It's also super family friendly with a day care section for kids while mothers/fathers get fit!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Lifestyle 360!! :-)

I feel so comfortable after fear of not fitting in. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable and accessible. My personal trainer Ramon is great. He really works with me and my schedule. He is always concerned about how I feel after each new exercise he teaches me. He finds exercises to compensate for my weakness and gives me alternatives to build me and make me stronger. Best decision I have made.

Jena is one of the worst receptionist ive ever seen incompetent lazy and oblivious that she doesnt know anything i have been going to this gym for a long time but im switching to 24 hour fitness this place is garbage
I have come here for years but the quality of employees has really dummed down

I love this joint! It's 4 minutes from my house and has all of the amenities I look for in a gym. The automatic water fountain is sweet and the staff members are far more attentive and congenial than at freakin' Fitness Connection. Anyway, I went from being completely sedentary to going 'two-a-days' as the man at the desk said, all thanks to this place.

I love this gym. I have been a member since December 2016 and I don't have any complaints. The gym is never over crowded and the machines are in great condition. I highly recommend.

Great gym for a great price. And the equipment is always being updated or replaced when it begins wearing out. The Body Evolution gym itself is always in a state of evolution.

I like it because the equipment is well maintained, the staff is nice, and there is enough equipment so that you're not having to wait your turn. Also, their open hours are great.

Awesome gym, open almost 24/7 and in a great location makes this one of the best gyms in Houston in my opinion. Wide variety of programs and machines. Trainers are also very helpful and ecstatic.

Which stinks if you want to get a late workout in on Friday or the weekend. Now they have taken away some of the machines I enjoyed and moved stuff around. Turf was added but its such a small area that really doesnt make sense. I will probably look into canceling my service in the upcoming months.

My first time visiting. When I showed up I was a bit nervous, I don't do good in new surroundings. I was greeted by Jessica, she had a smile from the moment I walked in till I left. She showed me around and told me about the classes they have. The equipment looks great and the way I was treated was top notch. My thanks for showing me around Jessica. Ijll be stopping by again.

I had a fitness review done by Sabrina and got some very detailed information on my overall physical fitness and body composition. The experience left me highly motivated to make some changes. Great gym, solid equipment, the employees are what really make it stand out to me -lots of expertise, experience, and commitment. A rare find.

I love this gym!! It has everything I need at such a decent price. Brian helped me out and I definitely do not regret coming here. The gym is clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. 5 stars!

The gym itself is pretty good but if you are trying to cancel, good luck. You'll have to send a certified mail to Utah and jump various hoops just to get out.
Edit: y'all! Darnell, one of the representatives of body evolution, contacted me and took care of the cancellation. Honestly, the customer service is fantastic! I'm genuinely surprised and happy with the service. Thank you guys! Will def be joining you guys again (only cancelling due to relocation). Thanks again!

Nice gym, has everything but the enrollment fee is 79.99 then 2 months later they want to charge another 50 for yearly fees. Too small of a gym for those type of fees. Unfortunately going to have to wait until they do zero or 1 dollar enrollment again to sign up for good dynamic has been doing it the past 2months .. fingers crossed body evolution it's soon.

Very nice gym, very clean too, everybody cooperates in cleaning their machine. Friendly staff, provides you with the information and organize whenever they see weights out of their order. Would put 5 stars, but I applied 4 because they do tend to have some extra fees.

They have huge parking space and flexible operation hour. Staffs are also nice except a few. Monthly fee is way less expensive than other competitors like 24hours and orange theory.

I didn't want a personal training but the guy was convincing. I signed up for three months worth of training. I received only one week of training before the trainer started resetting my sessions. He then stopped returning my calls and after a week I called the GYM. They said he was no longer employed with the company and was told he was not a good trainer. I was upset to be told the person was not a good trainer, meaning why would you hire someone that was not good. Then they refused to refund me the remainder of my sessions, I was not asking for a full refund but the remaining charges. I would hope that a company would own up to there mistakes and do the right thing. I was given the run around, talk to this person then this person, and no one was willing to correct the problem. I'm a first responder and I understand the importance of professionalism. I have other gym memberships, 24HR, and the YMCA but this location was the closest to my house and the hours were great, since my schedule is very demanding.

I've been member of this gym for only 2 months but I will like to give everybody out there a little insight of what this gym is about. To start with I would like to say that before I got my membership I read the reviews and went to other gyms in the area. I went to this other gym that is very fancy and is supposed to have some of the best equipment in the country. They were my first option but when I visited them to tour the gym and learn more about their services I was so disappointed. I came with my sister and they were so rude to her they kept insisting she should get a membership as well. When she told them she didn't have the time to go to the gym every day they told her she lacked motivation which made her so frustrated because they only were after us trying to get a membership.
Anyway I decided to stop to body evolution before I sign the contract with that other gym because apparently they were offering me a special deal and I needed to sign the contract within 24 hrs or the deal was over. I am so happy I waited. Not only body evolution is a great gym with tons of equipment and many classes but the staff is very polite and they always make sure you feel welcomed. The guy in the front desk took about an hour to go over every single detail, the prices, hours, services, equipment and was able to answer every question I had. I got the annual membership and I payed upfront because I didn't want to deal with any fees which every single gym has, that's it, so no complaining about it. I ended paying way less money than the other gym and I got far more benefits.
I love working out and I had the pleasure to work with two great personal trainers before so for me the most important part was the equipment since I already know the exercises and proper technique. Needles to say body evolution has so many machines and equipment, you never have to wait for someone to be able to use a machine or dumbbells because they have at least 3 machines that target the same muscle. For me that was very important because who likes waiting for a person to be done to use a machine, nobody right.
The cardio area is amazing they have anything from treadmill, elliptical, row machine, stationary bike, stepmill, stairmaster, etc. I would say they have at least 30 machines in the area. They also offer a 30min quick weight loss circuit area for those who love HIIT and functional training and a cross fit are too. You can use dumbbells, ropes, stability balls, bar, plates, kettlebells, slam balls, wood plyoboxes, band, etc. They also offer classes throughout the day and personal trainers.
I've seen the owner come to the gym and put away equipment and help people with proper technique. This may be a family gym but the owners and staff truly care about their members. If you want to use the scale and don't know how to, they will help you if you don't know how to use equipment or machines they are always ready to help you. Don't feel intimidate to ask the staff if you haven't go to the gym in a while or ever I think this may be a great option. You also get a free initial consultation and a session with a trainer to start with.
My only suggestion would be that they can improve the showers since they usually have issues but I don't ever shower at the gym so not big deal. Other than that body evolution fitness center is the best decision I made this year so far. Last night was my sister first time coming to the gym with me as my guest and she loved, unlike the other gym. Totally recommending this gym to all my friends.
