Long over due Review. Sister Batool is by far the best wedding coordinator I have experienced working with. I was in Georgia but never felt like I was too far away because she managed everything we asked of her and then more, I owe the best night of my life to her, she is awesome.
The venue is beautiful, has a great stage, great lighting. the Entry was decorated with this beautiful archway with flower pedestals leading up to the stage. I will try to find more pictures of the decorations of the tables, they were phenomenal. The stage was A+ gold star. for the price the venue is one of the best and then some. I highly recommend this venue.
If you are looking for photographer, video capturing, sister Batool is the person to ask. we asked to clowns who sounded good but I have not received my wedding videos yet. I was waiting for my pictures to post with the review but they have yet to come.
I can keep writing about the quality of this place, but you have to stop by and speak to sister Batool herself, see the hall and get her to give you ideas to get the full experience.
We hope to come here to another wedding of our family member in the future!

Clean pool and gym. Have a nice ballroom too. The basketball courts are in great shape. Friendly service.
If I could give half a star i would. The people who works there are very rude and wont treat you like a regular person. And last thing the place is very badly managed pools are not always in proper condition, gym equipment are always dirty, game rooms are very bad quality, and gyms are "never" open to the people. To be honest i would recommend the Houston YMCA and 24 fitness where customer service know what they are doing instead of non employed students. I hope this was beneficial to anyone who is trying to find a great place to find new friends, exercise, and to just enjoy thank you.
My son was a timid swimmer but loved the water. We signed him up for the beginners private lessons last summer (age 5). At the end of the session he was swimming! Quite impressive!! The instructor Sr. Anjum was amazingly patient and gave him the confidence to become a good swimmer in just a few lessons. I highly recommend WISE as a good facility for sports and Sr. Anjum as a great instructor!

We hosted a large event and were extremely satisfied; a beautiful auditorium, excellent sound and light system, and very helpful, cooperative management and staff.

I think it's the only one in and around sugarland. The aqua department is excellent . The female swim instructor Anjum is very dedicated. Her private lessons work with you on your pace . If you are fast learner she will not hold you back . I have seen many girls with me who made tremendous progress in a short while. Definitely worth it.

Great facility but poorly managed. We were leaving the country for the summer and cancelled our membership on March 31st. We talked to the front desk, sent an email and called to confirm. 3 months later and we are still being charged for membership. The front desk guy is helpless. The management is unresponsive. It's unfortunate that something simple as canceling a membership is so hard to complete. We were going to sign up again in the fall but not now. If the management is interested in discussing, please contact me and I'd be happy to talk about our experience.
Very unprofessional and poor customer service. It took them about three months to change broken soccer goals. The facility should open at 8 AM on Saturdays but sometimes they do not open until 8:20! A/C in the basketball court is not cooling enough and the air gets really stuffy. Once there was a drink charge in my account and I never bought a drink there.
I wasn't too concerned about all the things that I mentioned above because they are a community-based non-profit center and they are not making enough revenues to solve all those issues. However, something that bothered me is the fact that they even don't care about treating their current members well so that they can at least keep the revenue stream from them and even get referrals.
I wanted to freeze my membership and they said I needed a 30-day notice based on terms and conditions that was never communicated to me. They didn't provide me with a contract when I signed so it was very unprofessional to talk about a 30-day notice when no contract has been given to me.
I used to pay $20 a month for student membership. They mentioned that they have been charging me $5 less than other student members and treated me as if I owed them something. OK man, it is your fault that you told me membership was $20 and charged me $20, not my fault.
UPDATE:
Even though I gave them a 30-day notice to prevent future charges, they are still charging my card. What a messed up business!
Honestly beautiful. An area where on can truly come and spend meaningful time with family including all the necessary facilities and equipment. One thing that truly made me fall in love with the place was the cleanliness and consistent customer service. Would recommend again to all. They have wonderful programs made for a great family experience, including movie nights and swim classes for all. 10/10!!
Had a very bad experience with the front desk , asked couple of friends and they said they've been treated the same way. Apparently they do what they have been asked to do by their manager as I asked to talk to the manager and he repeated the same thing. It's not about money , it's all about customer service and how you make a customer out of a potential walk-in or visitor. I hope the management reads this and takes action, you can have passes free of charge for people to be in and use the facility, that's when you can grow your pool of customers, not by forcing them to pay a $10 to get in! They do the worse job with that, I hope you're not the next victim.
Very poor management. They have no skills of customer satisfaction. Treat you like you want to steal something. Been there twice as a guest with a member friend to evaluate the facility and possibly sign up. Will never go back there. I'm not sure how they're still in business!
