Excellent place to get you cardio workout in by using Muay Thai(Intense Thailand method of Kick Boxing), the one on one instructions by Alex Chavarria is the only one and unique in Houston , I highly recommend this place for Thai Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and all your fighting gear.
